WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE !!ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!! I bought a pre owned 2013 Pathfinder two weeks ago at a used dealer in NJ. Faulkner happens to be in !!ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!! I bought a pre owned 2013 Pathfinder two weeks ago at a used dealer in NJ. Faulkner happens to be in my neighborhood so I decided to take my car to them for a SIMPLE KEY PROGRAM. I handed them my brand new OEM Nissan blank. An hour later they called and said it’s done. I go back, pay, grab the keys and realized not all the buttons on the fob were working. I went back in, gave him the key and they took my car back to service. AN HOUR LATER, the service writer Ethan comes out to tell me my BCM (body control module) is ‘fried’ and I need a new one for $750. So I ask to speak to the service manager James who is clearly good at making money because he blindly robs people of their cash. He refused to accept responsibility for it and I was forced to have them fix it at my expense as it’s my work vehicle. I called and spoke with about a dozen technicians who work for BMW, Ford and Nissan and every one told me that there is no possible way a key fob could burn out a BCM, zero. He promised the next day it would be fixed. The following day I hear nothing so I call around 3pm and was told by James that the new BCM arrived from Nissan and is also broken so they have to order another. So the following day the same thing happens, no call. I called again and was told by the same thief that the second BCM arrived with a bent pin connector and they have to order yet another one. So now I’m 4 days off of work because they have no idea what they are doing. Thursday rolls around and he finally called to tell me my car is done. I go pick it up and simply asked if I could at least get a refund of the original $85 for programming since I’m leaving with one key and a $700 bill. I was told no because the tech originally did program it. Hahahaha! These guys are awful and no wonder they have so many bad reviews. Such an unprofessional place to bring your vehicle to. Go to Montgomeryville Nissan. I went the same day I picked up my car and they programmed my key in 15 minutes and even gave me a discount, BEWARE OF THESE GUYS! More

Service, Technicians, & Staff Snakes Do Not Trust, Go to or think your car is being taken care of. I’ve been on top of everything since I bought my car only to have Falkner’s service tech Do Not Trust, Go to or think your car is being taken care of. I’ve been on top of everything since I bought my car only to have Falkner’s service technicians destroy, over charge, never used my warranty’s and have never owned up to their wrong doing. BUYERS BEWARE! USE ANY OTHER NISSAN DEALER. DO NOT USE FAULKNER. They are not trustworthy, educated and service techs don’t know anything about your car, I don’t know how they are still in business. They need to be investigated! Scammers and No one knows anything! Called management and they lie and say that he’s out, busy and dodges your calls and they Have millions of lies ready when you try to contact them about it. More

Took the car to a different Nissan dealership to get looked at and was given a sheet full of problems. Took it back to Nissan and they did not believe what the other dealership said about the car. Long story short my car broke down on the side of the road had to get it towed to a different Nissan dealership and pay $575 because Faulkner said they would not fix it after only having my car for 6 weeks. NEVER GOOD HERE. All they want is your money and once u sign with them YOU ARE STUCK!!!!!! More

DO NOT USE Faulkner Nissan DEALERSHIP in Jenkintown Pa. Have been going to this dealership since 2009. Our whole family has purchased or leased Nissan's from them. We love Nissan but will now look for a different company for our cars. Unfortunately service over the past few years has really become non -existant. From horrible computer systems, waiting for hours before someone updates you while waiting, to service reps who act like you are a hassle if you ask questions. Today I went in for an appointment that I had made via phone. When I made the app. with Chris I told him I needed oil changed and the key system checked because the key light was on and the car didn't always start properly. When i checked in today, I repeated the issues. The rep then said it's probably, the battery. I advised her it wasnt. She then asked if I had both keys with me. I didnt. Her response was well we can't work on key problem today. I advised her no ne told me to bring both keys. Her response was so inappropriate. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE CONCEPT THERE. I was the problem because I complained about being required to come again. Bad as all that is, the worst incident was when I brought my car in 8/2016 because there was clearly something seriously wrong with the transmission. Even though the computer testing showed there was something wrong they refused to fix my warranted transmission be cause they could not duplicate the sympToms I stated existed. A week later the transmission died on a N.Y highway and my family narrowly escape a serious crash. The car was towed to the Port Chester, N.Y Nissan who advised the transmission had died! The service and kindness received from the Port Chester Nissan was amazing! More

She doesn't have much credit n we could not get any sort of answer as to what her payments would be. Now trying to get her deposit back n keep getting VM with no response. Also emailed the sales person n no response. I understand things get hectic, but this is important. Next step is to go to the manager of the dealership More

My check could not be processed for some reason and I had to return the next day with a cashier check. I checked with my bank and there was no record of any attempt to cash the check. I am willing to bet that the cashier at the dealership had gone home for the day and they just made a pretense of taking a check from me. 2. The second key was missing and I was promised they would have it ready when I returned with the payment. It was not. I was asked to come back to the service department and get a new duplicate, that would mean another trip because I wasn't carrying the key with me that day. How was I supposed to know. 3. About a week after the purchase, someone from the dealership called to check if I had received the key,I told her I hadn't and she said I could come on the weekend. When I checked into service on Saturday, the service department told me I had to wait at least 4 hours since I didn't have an appointment. What is my fault in this whole deal?! I wouldn't have come in had I known I had no appointment. Since I have time to kill, I am writing this review from Faulkner's waiting room. More
