Redemption I came to this dealership in February of 2015. My wife wanted to purchase a 2015 Altima. I was not happy with the sales experience during this visit! I came to this dealership in February of 2015. My wife wanted to purchase a 2015 Altima. I was not happy with the sales experience during this visit! I came back to the dealership in August of 2015 and was fortunate enough to be dealing with Steve Lebans. He worked out a deal for me so I purchased my own 2015 Altima. I even referred my mother-in-law to him when she needed to purchase her new car a 2016 Nissan Sentra! Steve is very attentive to any requests I might need and the service department is amazing. Steve and Faulkner Nissan in my opinion made me a customer for all my future car purchases. More

Easy Transaction I went to another dealership at first and pretty much have wasted my time. I went right next door @ Faulkner Nissan and met with Jose Ortiz. Lack of communication I was scheduled for a 7am appointment, when they don’t open till 7:30. Told I would have to wait until 8 to see this they received the part for my ca I was scheduled for a 7am appointment, when they don’t open till 7:30. Told I would have to wait until 8 to see this they received the part for my car, the part I was told would be ordered. Then they made me wait in 10am; three hours later to tell me that they didn’t have the part, it was never ordered and would t be there for three days minimum. Also informed me I would need to pay 1300 for the part before it could be ordered, a part I found on the autozone website for 500. My experience there has been getting worse and worse, my wait time getting longer and longer. There’s a huge lack of communication between the staff and the staff to their customers. More
