Horrible Service if Not Getting Basic Things Taken Care Of Took my Nissan vehicle to this dealership to have two things looked at. I left it in the morning and left for a while they worked on it. I came back almost four hours later to ask if they were done and the service associate said he called two hours earlier and said my voicemail box was full (my phone never rang so I called the service department three times in a row during the afternoon and no one answered. For future reference, send an email to a customer if they don't answer their phone). Service said they couldn't find the source of the rattling coming from the rear of my car and they said they took care of the nail in my tire. No service paperwork/receipts were given to me before I left either. I went out into the lot to make sure the nail was removed from my tire and I noticed it wasn't removed even though I was told it was (I even circled the nail with chalk to make it easy to identify the day before I brought my car in). I went back in to tell them and another service associate asked if I had paperwork. I told him the other associate didn't give me any so I had to wait another half hour for them to fix my tire (he also gave me an attitude). When that was finished, they were about to get my car and they had not yet given me paperwork detailing what they serviced. I'm positive paperwork wasn't even filled out because the associate spent a good amount of time typing behind the computer (and the mileage on the paperwork isn't even close to the mileage on my car either so that makes it look even worse on the dealer's end). The paperwork I was given only listed the nail issue and not the rattling issue so it's like they never even tried to diagnose where the rattling was coming from. Also, they "plugged" my tired with a sticky substance (it looks like dirty chewing gum) where the nail was located and I'd rather not remove that to make sure the service department actually did their job and removed the nail. I essentially used a vacation day from work to have these things taken care of and it seemed like a total waste. I'm convinced the service department didn't even look at my car the entire time it was there. I've never had an issue with this dealer until this fiasco happened last week. I'll have to try another dealer to take my car for future service and get a second opinion on this rattling that's coming from the rear of my vehicle as well as inspect my tire again. More
