Wanted to charge me nearly $1000 to replace a simple part for a gauge issue. Decided to try to figure it out on my own (not an experienced car person) and was able to fix it without even replacing the part for a gauge issue. Decided to try to figure it out on my own (not an experienced car person) and was able to fix it without even replacing the part with the help of a single YouTube video which explained that it's a common issue with this make/model. Still had to pay the ridiculous $185 diagnostic fee, and the diagnostic was essentially "yeah, the gauge doesn't work." Clearly they didn't even try to figure out the issue and went straight to the most expensive option. More
