I was looking for a used car at a specific price point. I reached out online about several vehicles. Set up an appointment to meet with the person I had been texting and reviewing my price point. Upon arr I reached out online about several vehicles. Set up an appointment to meet with the person I had been texting and reviewing my price point. Upon arrival, the sales person was switched to, "Gary" and he had a vehicle I looked at. I was interested in it but the price was above my firm price point. I tested the car out and liked it. He handed me the cost of the vehicle and a paper to sign. I indicated my price point was lower than that. He began to get irritated that I didn't know the price. He indicated that there is no negotiation. I explained clearly what I can pay. He got his manager Alyssa, who then chastised me about the price point. Did I know the price prior to coming. Gary didn't seem interested in selling a different vehicle and the irritation was obvious. I indicated I had a different car at another location I was looking at and will go there. Then Alyssa and Gary told me it is a cheap car and cannot be insured. Continuing on in an unprofessional manner. At that point, I would not but a car from Faulkner. A half hour later, Gary called me saying they can reduce the price $500. It was hard to get him off the phone and I was in process of getting the other car. I do not recommend a used car purchase from this dealer. More
