Friendly and informative I was greeted by staff... I was also informed what service was included and for how long as part of the sale contract of my car. I really appreciate I was greeted by staff... I was also informed what service was included and for how long as part of the sale contract of my car. I really appreciated this... Glad that water and coffee was available for free. I was there early and stayed for 2hours. Waiting area was clean and very comfortable so I did not mind waiting. This is my 2nd time servicing my car there. This time the experience was way better. Hope this quality of service continues to be the norm here. Good job. More

Even when I picked up my car, I still received poor attitude and the person I was dealing with the entire time did not even stay in the room to speak to me when I arrived at the location after giving me a hard time over the phone and false times my car would be ready for an entire week. Employees sit across or next to each other and still can’t provide a solid update. None of them are friendly or easy to talk to. Worst experience in my life. More

I just moved into the area & it would’ve been nice for them to know who I am without having to re-enter all my basic info, esp considering that I’m almost a 10-yr customer. Also having a record of past services I’ve received over the time I’ve been a customer better informs the team of recommendations they might want to make. • I needed 3 bulbs changed (turn signal, brake, license plate). cost almost $70. A discount would’ve been nice, at the least. • They told me the car would be done in an hour. A bit more than an hour passed and I came back to the dealership. The car was ready but it would’ve been nice to get a call letting me know that it was ready. Other than that, staff was pleasant/friendly. Solid experience. More
