Grade A costumer service I scheduled an appt with Faulkner Nissan regarding my 2015 Nissan sentra’s transmission. They were extremely considerate and helpful as soon as I came I scheduled an appt with Faulkner Nissan regarding my 2015 Nissan sentra’s transmission. They were extremely considerate and helpful as soon as I came in contact with the receptionist and service reps at the front entrance. They told me that My transmission would be replaced completely under warranty and they even put me in a nice rental car for the time it took for my car to be worked on. The mechanic Brian was very friendly and stayed up to date with me on the progress of my vehicle. I will be working with Faulkner Nissan for now on because their customer service has been exceptional. I will Be sure to recommend Faulkner to my family and friends. Car service was Great I came in for an appointment because my 15 Rogue was making noises which was driving me insane.
