Not how I remembered I have been coming to this dealership for over 15 years .Prior to it becoming Nissan ,it was dodge Chrysler .I have alway had pleasant experiences tha I have been coming to this dealership for over 15 years .Prior to it becoming Nissan ,it was dodge Chrysler .I have alway had pleasant experiences that’s what kept me coming .But this last experience wasn’t good at all .I had to continually call to get updates on my car .No one ever returned calls ,I had to keep calling until someone picked up .finally I get in touch with a service manger and I’m told the advisor dealing with my case is off .This is after a week of calling .I asked about my car and was told the transmission needed to be replaced and Nissan USA is going to pay 70% .I was never giving an amount for what was owed out of pocket .Found out when I arrived .I was never greeted when I walked in the facility .Car had grease on fenders from mechanic .Gear shifter was broken and left hanging .Car had low tires pressure (could have filled up ).Service advisor seemed agitated .I won’t be returning unless I absolutely have to .It hurt me to see how fast the quality of the dealership has changed .This is my second car I brought form here .I owned 6 Nissan Maxima’s over the year all serviced here . GM Vic makes all the difference! I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation very easily. I dropped off the car the night before very easily.
