Waste of time I came in for service on 9/9/19. The problem I had was a terrible smell coming out of the vents in my car. It smelled like a dirty dish rag. This is a I came in for service on 9/9/19. The problem I had was a terrible smell coming out of the vents in my car. It smelled like a dirty dish rag. This is a new Nissan Rogue that is under 10 months old and has about 8450 miles. I was told that none of this would be covered under the bumper to bumper warranty. I was told that after you use the air conditioner constantly, over time, moisture could build up. I said it’s only been one Summer. How poorly made is this car that one Summer of a/c use could cause such a horrible smell? In addition to that, I was told there was a recall on my car. Now, this was the first I’ve heard of any recall. I received no letter, email or call alerting me of this problem. So, they said they would do the recall and check everything else and let me know. So, I waited.....3 1/2 hours later they call me up and say that they checked everything and the recall wasn’t needed. Then, they say they couldn’t smell anything in the car at all. I said you have to be kidding me? It’s a pretty potent smell to miss. Even though they didn’t smell nothing, they suggested I get a service that would of cost $89.99 to get rid of a smell they said didn’t exist. At this point, I was beyond frustrated. I said forget the service, I can’t wait any longer. So, I went out to my car and put the air on and that horrible smell immediately came out of the vents. When I came to the service center, I had the air completely turned off because of the smell. When I got the car back, the air was still off. So, I wonder if they even bothered turning the air on or just left it off and that’s why they didn’t smell anything. Either way, 3 1/2 hours later, I was left with a car that still had a horrible smell and a recall I didn’t know about and wasn’t necessary to begin with. Not a great feeling for being a new Nissan owner. More

bad time estimate Most of the employees were nice to work with. And the service for oil change seemed well. They said my car was being washed and I received it still d Most of the employees were nice to work with. And the service for oil change seemed well. They said my car was being washed and I received it still dirty after 3 hours of waiting. The estimated time was 1 1/2. If they were more honest I would of just came back a day I didn’t work or even set an appointment up. This is the first time I am so disappointed. More
