I brought my car to Faulkner Collision Center to have my door repaired. The service was excellent. The time I requested was available and the car "pick up date" was perfect. I was looking for a family vehicle, and my dealer choices for Mazda were between Reedman and Faulkner. I went to Faulkner with the intent to also visit Reedman, however, after visiting Faulkner, I had no ne for Mazda were between Reedman and Faulkner. Not only did Faulkner have a better selection of new Mazda vehicles, they also had the left-over model I was interested in. Their internet response coorindator (Regina), was quick in responding to me. Preston the car salesman, was very knowledgabe about the vehicle, and was prompt in expediting the car purchasing process. My past experiences have been that car buying is an all day event being shoveled from one person to the next at the dealership. Everybody at Faulkner was friendly and the car buying process was quick and painless. Not only do I feel I got a great price on a brand new "left-over", but I also was given a fair trade-in value for my vehicle I was getting rid of with this purchase. More

Renee Fargason, who was my sales consultant in '99, is still there and she is every bit as nice and professional as I remember. She did not resort to high pressure tactics like some other dealers. She is knowledgeable about the different models and answered all my questions. It was a pleasurable experience from when I walked in the door to look at cars until I drove away in my new Mazda 6. I would highly recommend this dealership and particularly Renee. More
