Mike Rocchi is a very good salesperson. I met him last year when he came to the service area and introduced himself. I had told the service manager, Paul Sanders, who I know from Mazda on the Blvd. that year when he came to the service area and introduced himself. Turned out to be a little longer than six months but Mike stayed in touch. I arrived yesterday and drove two cars that I was interested in. Mike is a good listener and attentive to what you say. Being somewhat familiar with car buying, I think I moved the process along, but Mike kept an even pace not to overwhelm me with the new car features. All in all it was a good experience. I can't say great because I am a frugal individual and as I said to Mike, of course, I am always looking for the bext deal. I believe I made an excellent choice in staying with Faulkner for my new car and in choosing another Mazda. More

I settled on a 2002 Saturn I found at this dealership because the car met all of the conditions I was looking for and because my experience with the dealership was much better than I had expected. There were no high pressure sales tactics, no low balling offers on my trade in and I was treated pleasantly and respectfully. The deal was conducted quickly and effeciently and at my convenience. I couldn't have asked for better service. The next day I had to deal briefly with the serrvice department and I experienced similar attention, i.e, pleasant, helpful, expediant, and complete. More
