After our primary car broke down, we were in a pinch to replace it. After having some bad experiences at other car dealerships, we decided to search cars.com. We happened upon a car that fit our needs and replace it. After having some bad experiences at other car dealerships, we decided to search cars.com. We happened upon a car that fit our needs and our budget, located at Faulkner Mazda. Unfortunately, the car we had seen had been very recently sold. to be honest, I was feeling a little down after that. Considering our recent experiences with other dealerships, I was less then thrilled with the thought of dealing with another sales person. Luckily, this time, we had an awesome sales person to help us. Preston was very helpful. We told him what we were looking for (price, size, mileage, etc). Preston was prepared with a list of what they had on the lot. Also, he was extremely patient with us, considering we showed up about an hour before they closed! It didn't take us long to find something that fit our needs and then some. After two test drives, we decided that the '07 Mazda5 was the car for us. Preston was very easy to talk to and was very informative about the car. Even the financing part was painless. Mike and Mike were, also, very helpful finding us the right financing, which isn't easy because our credit isn't the greatest. However, we ended up with a great deal, with payments in our price range. We even purchased an extended warrenty, which we thought was very reasonably priced! Overall, we had a great experience at Faulkner Mazda. They made buying a car a simple and relatively easy process. No haggling. No pressure. No hidden costs. We will definitely be returning there when we need another car. More

I just traded in two Mazdas because we only needed one car and the complicated transaction was made so incredibly easy by this dealer. I have had Mazdas for the last 15 years and this dealership by far w car and the complicated transaction was made so incredibly easy by this dealer. I have had Mazdas for the last 15 years and this dealership by far was the best to deal with in terms of overall service, price,friendliness and promptness. I started over the phone with them, everything was ready by the time I got to the dealership, I had to deal with a second person because the first was on vacation but the communication between them was impeccable. I would highly recommend this dealership and even though they are an hour away I will use them for my service. Thank you Faulkner for making what I consider to be normally a unpleasant experience (I don't like buying cars) to be very simple and pleasant. More

Leased a new 3 last year- good deal, however sales consultant did not tell me the vehicle required special synthetic motor oil. Called to schedule first service and almost fell over when I heard $70+ consultant did not tell me the vehicle required special synthetic motor oil. Called to schedule first service and almost fell over when I heard $70+tax and that's just for an oil change, no tire rotation either. Few months gone by and lost my job, barely able to keep up on payments; called sales manager and explained my situation. He seemed understanding over the phone, once I drove to the store I was greeted by my sales person who inspected the car with the used car manager. They came back to me with a ridiculous appraisal amount to get me out of the lease. After that experience I won't be back. Overall, I felt the negotiation process was pretty good, however my sales agent left out some important details, including a hefty $300 disposition fee due at the end of the term (I found out later once I reviewed the contract myself) Additionally, I signed the contract with my sales agent and not a finance manager. In my previous experiences, I've always dealt with a finance & insurance representative in a private office, not the showroom floor. Delivery, after-the-sale relations, and service prices don't measure up to be superior for this store as they claim, I've shopped around for service and found better. More
