I have been with Mazda since 2001. This is the third car purchased through them. Unfortunately, my previous Mazda was totaled. I had spent months looking for a new car and as any buyer knows the process can be both exciting and frustrating. This all changed when I went to Faulkner Mazda. My salesman, Tom Weaver, could not have been more pleasant, professional, and quick to the point. I don't think I had been there more than 20 minutes when he gave me an 'out the door' number on a new Mazda3 (along with the trade-in I was seeking) that I was very happy with. Everyone else at Faulkner that I met (Larry Dixon, Kim Principale, and Mike Pigaro) was also friendly and helpful, with absolutely none of the 'hard sell' tactics that border on bullying the customer I had experienced elsewhere. VERY much appreciated! I would not hesitate to recommend Faulkner to anyone, even if it's a bit further away from home, as it was for me. They do things the RIGHT way, with transparency and courtesy and this is one customer who appreciates it! More
