I have been with Mazda since 2001. This is the third car purchased through them. Unfortunately, my previous Mazda was totaled. Three weeks after the insurance company declared my vehicle a total loss I was ready to purchase a replacement vehicle. Ravi Roopnarine was extremely helpful. He sent me details on the vehicles available within my price range and was there to answer my questions. I'm very happy with my purchase and will definitely continue to do business with Faulkner Mazda. More

This was my first experience purchasing an auto from Faulkner, and it was a very pleasurable one at that! I have never been fond of the car buying experience and the Introduction to Faulkner via their Faulkner, and it was a very pleasurable one at that! I have never been fond of the car buying experience and the Introduction to Faulkner via their Internet sales rep Kim worked very well as much of the work was done well in advance of going to the dealer. Renee Fargason and Mike Pigaro were extremely helpful and guided us through a smooth transaction. We have always had our Mazda cars serviced at Faulkner and have never had a bad experience. They go out of their way to create a comfortable environment that ensures that a customer always feels satisfied. Their customer service is second to none. I had spent months looking for a new car and as any buyer knows the process can be both exciting and frustrating. At most dealerships I felt a bit like a human ATM and was given sales numbers and trade-in va knows the process can be both exciting and frustrating. At most dealerships I felt a bit like a human ATM and was given sales numbers and trade-in values that (even after negotiating) seemed almost ludicrous, especially as I had done considerable homework! This all changed when I went to Faulkner Mazda. My salesman, Tom Weaver, could not have been more pleasant, professional, and quick to the point. I don't think I had been there more than 20 minutes when he gave me an 'out the door' number on a new Mazda3 (along with the trade-in I was seeking) that I was very happy with. Everyone else at Faulkner that I met (Larry Dixon, Kim Principale, and Mike Pigaro) was also friendly and helpful, with absolutely none of the 'hard sell' tactics that border on bullying the customer I had experienced elsewhere. VERY much appreciated! I would not hesitate to recommend Faulkner to anyone, even if it's a bit further away from home, as it was for me. They do things the RIGHT way, with transparency and courtesy and this is one customer who appreciates it! More

Had a great experience buying a used car from Dave. This was my son's first car purchase and everything went very smoothly.
