Over that time, I have gotten to know and TRUST their service department, from mechanics, to service writers, to parts and service managers. They are my corner mechanic; I am completely at ease bringing any of my vehicles in for service knowing I won't get coerced to getting work done I really don't need and confident that when they suggest a repair that it's in my best interests. GREAT OVERALL EXPERIENCE !!!! Randall was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and even was able to convince my wife that it was a good deal because she was not onboard. Larry was the deal saver !!!! I honestly was packing up my belongings and on my way out the door because I didn't like the numbers and it just wasn't adding up to me. Larry stepped in and quickly came up with a fix. GREAT JOB LARRY !!!! Michael is a financial WIZARD!!! Much thanks to him on the money side. He got me a GREAT interest rate with a very low credit score. I'm not sure how he did it.... BUT HE DID IT! I didn't have to put down more than I wanted to and he got me the extended warranties without blowing up my budget. THANKS !!!!....... My ONLY complaint is the lack of ANY discounts for Military Veterans. I understand that you have something for Active Duty Veterans and that's GREAT! But once military ALWAYS military. I spent 10 years defending our country and fought in Iraq for a year. I can't see how giving ALL VETERANS a $500.00 or $1000.00 discount just to say THANK YOU. I normally do NOT patronize businesses that snub their noses at the men and women who have honorably served their country. You got lucky only because you do have a GREAT team. More

He made the buying experience enjoyable. Can't say enough about his demenor and helpfulness answering my questions and explaining the process. His attention to detail explaining the intrique technology of the vehicle was quite informative. He is an assest to the Faulkner Dealership that they can be proud of. Preston then introduced me to Adrew Vierling, who processed my paper work. Another great emplyee who explained all my options and cost invovled in purchasing my car. Extremely professional is the only way to describe him. I know most people dread dealing with car sales people. However, my experience was pleasant, and very comfortable in dealing with all these employees. They couldn't do enough to make you feel comfortable. I cannot say one bad thing about my experience with working with Mike Rocchi! This was my first car buying experience and had gone to a different Mazda dealership that almost made me go toward other ca working with Mike Rocchi! The moment I walked in and met Mike I felt comfortable. He understood what my financial needs were a found me the perfect 2012 Mazda3. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle and even preset my favorite radio station before my test drive! That showed me that he was not just able to talk about the car, but also listen to the entire conversation we had over a three hour time. I will absolutely be recommending Mike to friends and family for their future car buying needs and probably be a repeat constomer in a few years! More
