I would never use this dealership again or recommend it to anyone. This was my second lease from Mazda. I had nothing but trouble with returning my Mazda 6 after the lease was up. I decided not to even sit in the car I went to look at and went straight back to Ravi. The manager, Mike DeMarshall, came out to introduce himself and then came back later on to thank us. It was nice that he made himself known but didn't hang around and try to push the sale, like I had experienced elsewhere. I started to consider trading in my perfectly kept 2010 Nissan Sentra after having numerous hip surgeries. A car just wasn't cutting it any more and I needed something that offered more room and support. After trying out the new 2013 Ford Escape for a week, I realized I hated it. My whole body ached after driving an hour. I then tested a 2012 Nissan Murano. It was an improvement, but I wasn't sold. Not only did it lack the support I desired, it was also a base model and failed to have the one convenience I truly wanted, Bluetooth, AND it was a gas guzzler. Being on a fairly tight budget I had a hard time justifying that purchase. After reviewing the consumer reports car edition, I decided to take a quick test drive of the highly rated and affordable Mazda CX-5 Touring and Grand Touring before I had to return the Nissan Murano and make purchase decision. I quickly fell in love with the CX-5 Grand Touring. It was supportive, had a ton of features, and is fun to drive. (I love sports cars and would be driving one if my body allowed. One of my first comments after getting in the driver's seat was "this feels like your driving a sports car.") The MSRP was priced very competitively and I knew the only way I was going to be able to afford the vehicle would be to get a good price on my trade-in and a great price on the car. Mission accomplished. I got $1200 more on my trade than offered from Ford. I spent 2 evenings at Faulkner Mazda before making a decision and the time flew! My salesman, Randall, was wonderful. He took me on 2 test drives just to make sure this car was right for me. He responded to phone calls and e-mails promptly and was a pleasure to work with. From removing the sticker on the new vehicle to making sure I kept the same license plate, he fulfilled every request I had. He is an all around nice guy and I felt absolutely no pressure. It felt like I was going through the car buying process with a friend. I also found out from another Mazda dealer that contacted me that there were only four 2014 Mazda CX-5's which met my requirements in the North East. While other dealers wouldn't even consider obtaining them for me, Faulkner not only attempted to find exactly what I was looking for, but secured the vehicle. The horror stories I've heard about young females purchasing cars made me consider calling my dad for back-up. That wasn't the case for me. I purchased this car completely on my own. Even made my dad proud. The price I was able to negotiate on the car turned out to be better than I would have set my target price to be based on consumer reports (I researched the price of the vehicle after my first night of negotiations.) I couldn't be happier with my experience. I'm now the proud owner of a new 2014 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring and I couldn't be happier! More
