Worst car buying experience ever The only reason why I didn’t walk out and buy a Mazda CX-5 at another dealer is because this dealer was the only one with the exterior and interior co The only reason why I didn’t walk out and buy a Mazda CX-5 at another dealer is because this dealer was the only one with the exterior and interior colors I wanted in a 50 mile radius. I asked the sales person repeatedly for the final numbers on the car and she repeatedly gave me estimated monthly payments that weren’t even based on a credit check despite me saying I wanted to pay in full. It was like she didn’t understand that you don’t have to finance to buy a car. She kept telling me I had to wait for finance. Then the finance guy - three hours later - is confused as to why I didn’t get the final numbers sheet before coming into his office. Then they sell me the car but only have one key and say I have to come back when the service department is open to get a second key made. Mazda great cars. Terrible dealers — especially this one. More

High Service, Low Price, Max Style There I was wondering around the car lot on a brisk Saturday evening with less than an hour left till dealership closing time. Here comes James Justi There I was wondering around the car lot on a brisk Saturday evening with less than an hour left till dealership closing time. Here comes James Justi walking out to greet me while zippering up his jacket and introducing himself. I was impressed to get the kind of warm reception and customer service that late in the day so close to closing. James and I discussed the various Mazda models and after considering my needs showed me to the Mazda3 hatchback that I test drove and eventually purchased. They let me haggle, gave me a great price on my trade in and found some flexibility on the pricing of the vehicle I wanted to purchase. They then expedited the financing process so that I could make it out of their office and to the hospital in time for my pregnant wife's Ultrasound! James has a great beard, a kind smile, friendly disposition, and the desire to make your visit to Faulkner Mazda a positive and memorable one.
