One of the reasons we purchased the car at Faulkner Mazda was the sales staff. Randall was one of the finest salespeople I have ever dealt with. When he originally showed us the car, he took the time to explain all of the features in detail, and make sure I was comfortable before taking the test drive. He NEVER gave us the bums rush, and was more than patient in answering all of my questions. Larry, the general manager, worked with us on the pricing, and everyone else was kind and friendly. The day we picked up the car happened to be on Randall's day off. He came in, and spent the better part of an hour setting up my Bluetooth, navigation system, and radio. He again was patient in answering all of my questions, and offered his services should I have any questions in the future. I have bought many cars over the years, and I have NEVER had a salesperson take the time that Randall did with me. He has a bright future with the Faulkner organization, and should be highly commended for his work. Clearly I would recommend Faulkner Mazda (by the way, I LOVE the car), and Randall in particular. Went in looking to "upgrade" my college son's ride as he needed better gas mileage as well as reliability, all on a tight and limited budget. Not only was Ravi Roopnarine the most upbeat a son's ride as he needed better gas mileage as well as reliability, all on a tight and limited budget. Not only was Ravi Roopnarine the most upbeat and friendly salesman I've ever had the pleasure to deal with, he understood what we were tying to accomplish and took the time to go over all of our options available on the lot and offered to online the other Faulkner dealerships. He took the time to show us what was done as far as service to the available cars as well as provided the car histories without even needing to be "asked". After a few test drives, and a budget issue, Ravi brought Larry Dixon in to help us figure how, on a college students budget, we could make the car ours! We went to other dealers and quickly headed back to make the purchase! Ravi was a pleasure from beginning to end and we will be back to this dealership for the same experience for my daughter in a bit as she's off to college shortly as well! More

A great experience all around! We purchased a certified pre-owend car for our daughter. We had a vehicle in mind when we arrived at the dealer and Preston also took the time to go through all of the other pre-owend car for our daughter. All opinions aside.....these are the facts....Judge for yourself and see if you want to trust them..... 1. The check engine light won't stay off. The engine often rumbles before the xx engine light begi yourself and see if you want to trust them..... 1. The check engine light won't stay off. The engine often rumbles before the xx engine light begins to blink. Per their mechanic....Cylinder 4 is not firing. (I paid for 8 and got 7) 2, The car has a shimmy and a noticable clicking from the front wheel well, while on the highway, especially while negotiating left curves (Turnpike, Rt 1 95). It needs a stabilizer according to another mechanic. This led to a shift in the body where the molding now catches in the fender when opening the driver's door. Not only is the molding now bent out....the car is dangerous ..according to a mechanic. 3. The outside of the passenger tire is bald and has been since I took delivery. There are 3 different brand tires on the car. Two of the same brand from Faulkner, 2 from the old owner. They will not sell me 2 matching ones at cost. They must make a profit, I was told....and charge for mounting, etc. I am not even due for an oil change yet and this tire needs to be replaced. It needed it since I bought but they refuse to accept the words of 2 other mechanics. 4. The sun roof works intermittently and fixing it was part of the deal to purchase. They greased the track and will do nothing else. 5. They sold me a 4 year warranty and won't honor it, nor their 90 day warranty. 6. This is a 2001 Lincoln LS V8 with 105,000 Miles on it. I paid $10,646.10 including a 4 year warranty that I can't get them to honor....and I can show you the paperwork. Look up the value. Yes....I bought in haste 1 week before my daughter's wedding. I'm a dope. But, that doesn't mean Faulkner shouldn't honor their part of the contract. A 90 day warranty is supposed to mean something with steering repairs, and a malfunctioning motor. The rest I can just swallow. So, now that I've owned it for a little over 91 days, I am paying Reedman's to fix the car and, with their report, suing Falkner. I also reported them to the state, who assures me, I have been taken advantage of. They are investigating Faulkner Mazda, Harry Faulkner and Kevin Kneib. My team! Again, these are the facts and I assure you, there's more wrong with this car. I waited over 90 days to post this, giving them every opportunity to do something to make this right. Something, ANYTHING. They've done nothing. Oh...they did tell me that my 4th cylinder was not working properly. I suppose I should thank them for that....I didn't know which one was causing the rumbling. More
I recently purchased a Mazda Speed3 from Faulkner. I did my homework and visited multiple dealers before buying. I decided to choose Faulkner. The positive reviews on dealer rater were a primary motivator for visiting this dealer, and it lived up to its reputation! This was my first car buying experience, so I was bracing for the stereotypica motivator for visiting this dealer, and it lived up to its reputation! This was my first car buying experience, so I was bracing for the stereotypical high-pressure bargaining process. I expressed interest in a vehicle online and quickly received a great quote (relative to truecar.com prices) from Kim Principale. Kim scheduled a test drive for me with another sales representative to accommodate my schedule rather than hers. Renee Fargason toured the relevant features and rode along for the drive. The appraisal of my trade-in and price detailing for the lease were fair, transparent, and completely pressure-free. As I left to think it over and try some other options, they weren't aggressive and even said NICE things about the alternatives. Ultimately, I was pleased to find the Mazda suited my needs the best and gave my business to Faulker. More
The team is excellent. I have been in sales/ customer services and strategies myself for more than 20 years, but after visiting Faulkner Mazda I have the urge to meet them regularly. There is so much to be learnt from Messrs David, Andrew and Larry. I wish them a grand success. More
