I can't say enough great things about Faulkner Mazda! I purchased my 2011 CX-7 from Faulkner Mazda when they were on the Roosevelt Blvd.- with the new addition to our family (baby coming soon); we decide I purchased my 2011 CX-7 from Faulkner Mazda when they were on the Roosevelt Blvd.- with the new addition to our family (baby coming soon); we decided to "see" what deals/specials were available on a new 2014 CX-5. My husband and I were on a very tight budget and didn't think we would actually get a brand new car with no money down... Well let me tell you, Dave, Larry and Mike worked their magic and we walked out with a cherry red 2014 CX-5 within two hours of our visit and stayed within our budget. If you are thinking about paying them a visit, just do it! The experience and customer service is like none other. I don't plan on going anywhere else for our car purchases in the future! More

My wife and I visited Faulkner Mazda on a Saturday on October to look at the 2013 Mazda 3. Tom Weaver approached us after we had a few minutes to walk around the showroom (which I prefer!). Tom sat us down, quickly took some info, then we headed out for a test drive. Faulkner actually let us drive the car without a salesman - maybe that is not so unusual but it took me by surprise, pleasantly. After driving the 3, we decided it was just too small. Tom ran some numbers at our request, in case we decided to come back and suck it up. We did not do too much negotiating at this point, since we really did not love the vehicle. I received a follow-up call from Tom on Monday morning. My wife and I had decided we might lease so we could get a bigger vehicle. I told Tom, via email, and he said it would probably work. I test drove a Mazda 6 on my lunch break on Wednesday- loved it! My wife and I went back that evening, after I spent the day going back and forth with Tom over price and different things. Tom was great - he promptly responded to my emails and actually answered my questions! When we got back to the dealer, we ended up having to wait to get the car since my father had to be there to sign off my old car. Mike Rocchi, the business manager, talked to us that evening to run our credit, instead of waiting until the next night. I appreciated this as I found it very efficient and it definitely saved us a lot of time the next evening. When we went back Thursday evening (Tom agreed to stay a little late since I could not get there during the day), the process was incredibly quick for a new car sale. The car was detailed and waiting for me when I arrived. Mike Pagano went through the usual paperwork, explaining everything I needed to know in sufficient detail without taking all night. He sold me tire protection - without pressure. He highly recommended it and I bought it since the winter is approaching. Tom then sat us down, went over some features and off we went. We were there less than an hour the night we drove off with the vehicle. Faulkner was INCREDIBLE! From start to finish, I enjoyed the experience, which is rare at a car dealership. Plus they offer free car washes for life (and I only work 5 minutes away!!)! Highly recommended! More
I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Faulkner Mazda. Working with Randall Whiteman was a true pleasure. He was very knowledgeable about the cars, and was able to field all my questions. He was the antithesis of the "pushy car salesman" that I am accustomed to. He was a true pleasure to work with, and has a new standard in my mind for what customer service should look like. His service and professionalism was further complemented by the business team, that handled the financing and administrative aspects of the purchase. I would definitely recommend Faulkner Mazda to anyone in search of a new or pre-owned car!! More

I told her I was not ready to make a decision yet, and she said she understood and hoped that if I chose a Mazda that I would purchase it from Faulkner. A few weeks later when I was ready to take one for a test drive, it happened to be her day off. Ravi was extremely helpful on Renee's behalf, even though he was busy with a few other customers. He was very pleasant to work with as well. Everyone was very respectful that I was working with a tight budget, and did not try to talk me into something with more options. Lastly, Mike Rocchi explained all the paperwork and my options as far as purchasing an extended warranty extremely well. Mazda's ratings and reputation are what got me in the door, but the good service is what kept me there as well! I love my new car! Carol More

The time came to look for a lease. After doing some research online, I was able to narrow down my search to a few local dealerships. Faulkner Mazda was first on the list for the day. I can tell you this -- no other dealership throughout the remainder of my visits came close to the friendly, professionalism of Faulkner Mazda. It's a very different atmosphere. Randall Whiteman was the first I came into contact with at the dealership. He was welcoming and professional from the beginning. He was incredibly informative and seemed to know every single detail of the vehicles we were looking at. It was reassuring to have that resource. From I conversations, I came to learn he's been involved with the dealership in many different areas, which I see as a tremendous positive. His commitment to his work and the dealership's confidence in him is paramount and quite clear. The greatest benefit of the dealership, however, is the sales approach. There are many stigmas in the industry with salesman, but Faulkner Mazda seemed to distinguish itself in that category. There was no pressure in the process at all, so I recommend that if you're interested in a Mazda at all (even if it's to rule it out of your choices), I suggest taking a trip to Faulkner Mazda. Throughout my time there, I met a few other people who were all terrific as well; their assistance with the financing was clear, to the point, and tremendously helpful. I look forward to future dealings with them and couldn't provide enough positive feedback from my experiences. More
