Mt wife and I met Dave about 10 years ago when we purchased a used Saturn from him. Coming into the dealer I was only expecting to gander at a vehicle I have been interested in and maybe take it for a spin(2010 mazda 3s 6spd). Doing a lot of research prior to looking at the car, i knew it was one of the best priced in the area and Ravi managed to show me additional value in the car with the performance, gas mileage and even bluetooth features i would typically disregard. Showing me how easy and how great the features were was great. After taking it for a spin, i decided to see what we could do with the intention that I did not need to do the key swap one bit. While his team went to work we walked about the dealer showing me their furnished maintenance area and even his own Mazda3. The team was very willing to work with me and provided me with a rebate i saw advertised online, putting the car further below KBB. They also came up on my trade in value, essentially sealing the deal. Best experience i have had, and lightyears ahead of the other local dealers including peruzzi and team toyota... More

This was my first time buying a car so I was a little unsure of the whole process. Overall I was satisfied by how things went down. Since I was new, I think a slightly slower pace to allow for more explanation of each step would have been helpful, but those are minor critiques.
