The Faulkner group was especially knowledgeable and quick to accommodate me and my family as walk ins looking to test drive. Once the decision had been made to purchase they moved quickly through the process which was great (nobody wants to wait all day) and the staff was continuously informing us of pertinent details concerning the vehicle and its safety standards etc. The finance team did a decent job of getting us the best rate and finalizing the paperwork as quickly as possible. My experience at Faulkner was very good. The staff was all very friendly. I had to wait a little longer, but only because I specifically requested to work with David Fasoline. My experience was probably a all very friendly. I had to wait a little longer, but only because I specifically requested to work with David Fasoline. My experience was probably atypical; I was highly recommended the Mazda3 and David by a good friend that bought here, so I actually drove his car up to the dealer and had no need for a test drive. David was very helpful in walking me through the options and finding me a model on the lot, and Mike Pigaro was very helpful in walking me through all the financing and warranty options. My only criticism was that they had run out of gas for the day so the car only came with 1/3 tank, which they said they'd gladly fill up next time I was up there. Would definitely recommend a Mazda, and this dealer, to a friend. More

I won't forget the service department-Paul is very helpful if we have any problems and in scheduling service appointments. If we need a car, we call Renee and she takes care of everything. My daughters have also gotten their cars from her . We just leased a new car and LOVE it....as I told Renee many times--she cannot retire.
