I have personally been dealing with Renee and Faulkner for the past 14 years. This is the 4th vehicle we have purchased from them. When it was time for my son to lease his first new car, there was no ques for the past 14 years. This is the 4th vehicle we have purchased from them. When it was time for my son to lease his first new car, there was no question where we were going. Car buying there is very straightforward and they are very honest. They don't play any games. We purchased his car on Saturday and we returned on Monday to pick it up. The car was ready and paperwork was seamless. I have also returned there for service. Again, no games. They do the service and don't try to sell you other thing. I will surely be returning to Faulkner for my next vehicle purchase. More

I ' been buying cars for 30yrs. now and I NEVER had a BETTER experience dealing with a new car sales person like Dave. Dave's knowledge of the CX-5 was exactly what I needed to make a decision on buying at Faulkner Mazda. Although I had several deals on the table with other dealerships, incl. Toyota (which I have been loyal to for 20yrs,) I could NOT in my right consciousness buy from anyone other than Mr. Fasoline. His honest and fair style of negotiating won me over and I will always remember that in future purchases. I suggest ANYONE purchasing a new car, especially for the first time, see Dave. You won't be discouraged, that's for sure, but pleasantly surprised!!! More

Both listened to our needs and met our needs with a great vehicle at a great price. My husband called earlier in the day and inquired about a vehicle. When we arrived, David already had the vehicle up on his computer as well as the Kelley Blue Book information. Mike had the tough job of trying to sell us the additional warranty packages, he did a fantastic job clearly explaining the differences and what was covered under which packages. I explained that I lived over 150 miles away and I didn't want to waste my time traveling only to find that its not in the shape it was said to be in. Well I made the trip from the Hamptons on long Island to PA. not only to find the car was in excellent shape but also to find some of the nicest people in the car business. We had a couple of bad experiences at other dealerships, and were dreading the entire process again. We weren't sure which type of car we wanted, so we took several different cars for test drives, and always ended up back at Faulkner Mazda. After figuring out the Cx9 was the car we wanted, I did some more shopping for the best price. Faulkner Mazda's price beat 9 other dealerships, and having Dave as our sales agent was an added bonus. We were happy he offered the best price, because we really wanted to buy a car from him. I would definitely recommend Faulkner Mazda especially Dave Fasoline to anyone looking to have a calm, pressure free car buying experience. We will definitely be back when we need another car.
