Never ever ever ever ever take your car to this dealer for wheel repair (I bought wheel protection). The outside company they use sucks with a capital S. 1st time my fixed wheel came back blue!!! The wheels are gray. 2nd time dealer sent them back for a bad match. So the third time they painted all the wheels. Color is fine, but the coating is lumpy in some areas. I'm so tired of this I'm going to try a different dealer. More

I was told I could buy a different one in a couple of weeks but not the color I picked out. Save yourself some time and energy dont do business with them They will just flat out lie to you over promises and under deliver. More

Service was excellent... Service manager was very helpful in fixing my infontainment screen ... I called the Piazza in West Chester and they were no help at all. I decided to call Faulkner where I purchased in fixing my infontainment screen ... I called the Piazza in West Chester and they were no help at all. I decided to call Faulkner where I purchased the car and they were awesome.. They cleaned my screen and made it look like new again. Piazza wanted me to buy a 1000 part and another 136 to install it. I found the preowned vehicle I wanted at a very reasonable price. I had a problem with a tire losing air. Dealership had 2 weeks to prepare vehicle for delivery after deal was agreed on. We showed up at the date and time indicated and agreed upon for delivery and they were completely unprepared. Vehicle was not detailed, paperwork was not ready, salespeople handling the deal weren’t even on site. Finance rep.’s attitude completely changed for the worse after we refused to purchase the ‘extras.’ Totally unprepared, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Not even a “sorry for the wait.” Below average experience. Will not recommend to anyone and unlikely to return. More
BEWARE OF REFUND FOR CANELLED CONTRACTS I purchased a new Mazda from Faulkner Mazda with a wheel and tire contract and after 5 moths I cancelled the contract and I was in contact with warran I purchased a new Mazda from Faulkner Mazda with a wheel and tire contract and after 5 moths I cancelled the contract and I was in contact with warranty company and was told the refund was sent to the Dealership and here I am three week later still waiting for my refund. I have contacted the Dealership finance manager with no reply. I have purchased a number of auto from the Faulkner dealerships and this how they respond to repeat customer. So BUYER BEWARE about these extra money contracts and being a repeat customer. More
I bought a car from the Faulkner Mazda in Trevose, and i was scammed basically. Not even 3 months later, the exhaust valve broke and destroyed the engine. They claimed that they do a 100+ point check and in was scammed basically. Not even 3 months later, the exhaust valve broke and destroyed the engine. They claimed that they do a 100+ point check and inspection, but a simple compression test would have shown this problem. They probably didn’t check anything because one of the headlights had a blown bulb. The service was pretty good, but they do not inspect the car like they should. Be careful with this dealer. They sold us the car without the warranty and said there was nothing they could do for me. An exhaust valve shouldn’t break in less than 2000 miles, so this was probably a result from the previous owner. More

Most of the dealers were nice and ok till get to the price point, no one want to come to compromise to my needs or expectations. one of the Sales manager even told me to go get a Kia... I said o and walked away. one of the sales person messaged me and said if I cant afford $289 / moth I am not able to afford $280, I said thanks for letting me know. I did went to Faulkner Mazda site and requested a price Quote and Mr. Robert asked some questions and send me 2 different quotes as per my request. it was only few dollar different from what I would like to pay. I asked Robert is that ok to come down few dollars and he said that's fine. I was in a business trip for few days and Robert kept me updated all the info by email. he is not pushy or send you long emails that you are not so interested to know. he is one of the gentleman that keep short and come to the point. I went to dealer ship yesterday August 28th and got the car, Robert was make sure my car was ready for me at the front door and make the Faulkner experience sweat and easy. when I walked in a sales man greeted me with smile, I believe his name is Christian. he is sweet and learning the alphabets on car sales in Faulkner. Everyone was nice and made my car leasing experience much easier that I thought, I got there 2 pm and went out with my new car at 4:30 pm. Thanks to everyone, and I will suggest Faulkner to everyone and will go back there. More
