Faulkner did a great job working with me on my new purchase. They provided a great trade in offer, and worked with me to get my monthly payment around where I was comfortable. I needed to purchase a new vehicle. It was a lengthy search filled with online research, and visits to several dealerships. At one dealership in particular, I was 'profiled' as someone who was only search filled with online research, and visits to several dealerships. At one dealership in particular, I was 'profiled' as someone who was only worthy of the cheapest car on the lot. When I arrived at Faulkner Mazda in Harrisburg, Jesse McKnight was there to greet me in the parking lot within a minute of my arrival. He was quick to get me test driving a car - the point of my visit. A week or so after my visit to Faulkner, I was given a quote from another car dealer that I felt was less than adequate. I took the quote to Jesse and pointed out my problems with it. Jesse was able to get me a better offer for the car and a better deal for my trade in. From there, the rest of the experience was great. When my wife and I picked up the car, we were processed very efficiently and all of our questions were answered. Jesse introduced us to all of the people that we would be working with in the service department and he saw us off in our new car. The the reason for my rating (5s across the board) is that I cannot think of a single problem I had with this experience. More
