By the time I got to your dealership I was pretty worn out and frustrated with all the car shopping I had done. From the moment he approached my sister and I the shopping experience became interesting again. He is very knowledgeable and is patient. That was definately a plus for us since Im a very impatient person. He took his time and explained every detail of the SUV to us. We took the vehicle for a ride and I must say by the time we got back to the dealership the truck was already mine (in my mind). Once we were back at the dealership he took charge and started the process. I picked up my truck today and am the happiest person ever. Jesse made such a great impact on our purchasing experience that my sister returned with my dad who is now shopping for a car.
