Faulkner Mazda Harrisburg

My husband and I decided it was time to make the upgrade to a minivan since the birth of our third child. I have always been partial to the Mazda MPV (so sad they don't make them anymore). As a family with only one income we of course went the route of a preowned vehicle and we also wanted to find a reliable care, reasonably priced that we could pay cash for, along with our trade in. A week ago I found, what appeared to be, a nice 2002 MPV on cars.com. We drove out to the dealership to take a test drive and find out what our trade in was worth. But it's not the specifics of what we were looking for or the tremendous deal we were blessed with! It was the service! We weren't going into this dealership to by a $30,000 vehicle, the van we were looking at was only $5,500. But it didn't matter, I have NEVER been treated with as much respect and kindness as I was at this dealership!! Who says that about a car dealership?? We didn't have to play hardball or "let's make a deal". They were fair and honest. Our salesman was extremely helpful and courteous, as was the rest of the staff! I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or previously owned vehicle! They went above and beyond and we left feeling extremely satisfied and happy with our purchase. More

I was looking for a Mazda3 and knew what I wanted, with specific colors, accessories and options. It wasn't easy, as I was very specific that I wanted a manual transmission. Faulkner, and in particular Jesse McKnight, was overwhelmingly accommodating in finding exactly what I wanted when last year another dealership didn't even want to look. Thanks to Faulkner and McKnight's efforts they found the car and put a great deal together. I take care of my cars and keep them for an extended period of time, so getting what I want is important to me. Jesse had me drive a manual in both the original engine and one in the new Skyactiv. I'm glad he did that, the difference was so noticeable that I went with the Skyactiv without question. I appreciate their time, effort and courtesy. More

Though a Mazda3 would net the company a higher profit, he respected my desire for a smaller car, finding a Mazda2 in the perfect color in such a short amount of time! The time we spent at the dealer flew by, even with a pre-teen in tow! After the crappy treatment and lies we dealt with at the dealer where we bought our last car, their friendliness was great! We will definitely be back for our next car! More
