My husband had taken me to almost every single dealership in a 50 mile radious. I was looking at everything possible since I was not sure if I wanted a car, crossover or full SUV. I must admit in the lot I was not enticed but I walked into the dealership where I met Laura. Laura was very friendly and went out of her way to help me get all information on the Mazda 5, 3 and 2. She knew upfront that I was not going to be purchasing any vehicle at that point and she still gave me all her time and attention. Other dealerships walked away from me. The rest of the team at the dealership were very friendly and helpful as well! Everyone wanted to know how they could help us "seal the deal" but respected where I was at the time! I told them if I was going to buy a Mazda 5 it had to be red. Well, they said they will get me the red Mazda 5. Laura called a few days later and told me they had my car. I was so thrilled!!!! When it came time to purchase my new vehicle, Laura was there still answering last minute questions for me and willing to admit when she needed another sales person to help her understand and got the answers. I walked into Faulkner Mazda about 2 weeks ago with not a thought in my mind of buying a car. My sister was searching the market for a new vehicle and I was just tagging along to help her out. I must say after meeting with him for a short time he had not only my sister hooked on a sale but I now put myself in the market for a new car. Jesse is great because he is so personal and really wants to get to know the customer. He really goes that extra mile to make you feel comfortable and really make your car search a great experience. After seeing the great service at Faulkner Mazda I knew where I was going for my next vehicle when it came time. It's been one week since my sister purchased her 2012 mazda 3 and I can happily say that I just purchased my mazda cx 7.
