I was searching for a good low mileage car on-line. I found a low mileage Subaru at Faulkner Mazda and stopped by to take a look. Jesse greated me in the lot and took the car for a test drive. Having a very hectic schedule I had very little time to sit down and discuss numbers on the vehicle. I found a 30 minute window 2 days later where I could bring my wife in to look at the vehicle. Jesse apprecited our returning to take a look at the vehicle and understood our time contraints. His follow-up contacts were professional and exteremely courteous. I never felt pressure to make a decision on the vehicle, like we have in many of our previous car shopping experiences.
