We experienced none of the cat-and-mouse that other dealers engage in with regard to price and financing options. We told them that we intended to visit another local dealer to test drive another brand, and they left us with a copy of the detailed cost breakdown with Mark's card photocopied onto it. The other dealer we visited that day had a very hastily written price breakdown and would not let me take it home. When we committed to buy the next day, Eric contacted several banks throughout the day and came up with financing that beat anything I would have been able to obtain on my own. When we met with him the following day for what sometimes can be the dreaded visit with the finance manager for a hard sell of add-ons, Eric simply presented the warranty/add-on options with all pricing detailed, and answered our questions without any pressure to buy.
