He let the car sell itself, and it did, but he helped us make sure it was the best fit for me! My husband had taken me to almost every single dealership in a 50 mile radious. I was looking at everything possible since I was not sure if I wanted a car, crossover or full SUV. I must admit in the lot I was not enticed but I walked into the dealership where I met Laura. Laura was very friendly and went out of her way to help me get all information on the Mazda 5, 3 and 2. She knew upfront that I was not going to be purchasing any vehicle at that point and she still gave me all her time and attention. Other dealerships walked away from me. The rest of the team at the dealership were very friendly and helpful as well! Everyone wanted to know how they could help us "seal the deal" but respected where I was at the time! I told them if I was going to buy a Mazda 5 it had to be red. Well, they said they will get me the red Mazda 5. Laura called a few days later and told me they had my car. I was so thrilled!!!! When it came time to purchase my new vehicle, Laura was there still answering last minute questions for me and willing to admit when she needed another sales person to help her understand and got the answers. Again, the whole team over at Faulkner Mazda were patient, informative and so friendly! It was a wonderful car shopping/purchasing experience! More
