My experience at Faulkner Mazda was amazing from the minute I walked in the door until the minute I drive my new vehicle off the lot. The staff were all extremely helpful, but not pushy. They encouraged me to look at other dealerships and models of vehicles so that I was comfortable with what I would eventually end up buying. They were willing to answer all of my questions, allow me to test drive the vehicles multiple times until I felt comfortable making a final decision. In Laura's absence, she arranged for another employee to help me who was also extremely helpful and when I struggled with a decision, Mark reminded me of the reason I gave for wanting a new vehicle when I first walked into the dealership. Frank is an amazing general manager and was very willing to go above and beyond. I can't say enough how happy I am with the treatment we received and the help we received throughout this process. I had contacted the dealership online, expressing interest in a particualr vehicle and heard back promptly. Jesse knew every detail of the Mazda 5 and took his time with me, encouraging questions and demonstating each and every nuance in the vehicle. We went for a test drive and took the car through its paces. There was no pressure applied for an immediate sale, in fact, I was given ample opportunity to consider all the details that go into purchasing a car, especially financing.Jesse was there every step of the way. The day we finalized our purchase and drove our new Mazda 5 home, Jesse made it very clear that our relationship would be ongoing- meaning that if I ever had any difficulties with the car (such as locking keys in the car or low tire pressure), I could call him and he would help in any way humanly possible. Everyone I met at the dealership has been extremely helpful and concerned that my needs concerning my visit there had been met. The Faulkner Mazda sales team and service people were moving cars around so that they could plow the lots. Amanda greeted me as I pulled in. She was very friendly and not pushy right from the start. We took the CX-9 for a test drive and she was very thorough in explaining the various features of the SUV. Amanda and Sean had to work on the numbers for me including my trade. She was very patient and was clearly determined to meet my needs. I also met with the Financial and Service people as well, who were very friendly and welcoming. I felt very welcomed and relaxed during the whole process, and every employee we interacted with was accommodating and service-oriented. I walked out with a great deal on a 2012 CX-9 which may family and I thoroughly enjoy. I would highly recommend Faulkner Mazda! More
