From the minute my wife and I walked into the dealership we were treated excellent. We were already familiar with the dealership as my wife bought a Mazda 3 several years back, but it was my first time deal we were treated excellent. He's truly a nice guy and you can tell he believes in what he sells. He made us feel like we were VIP's in the dealership and answered every question I had in excellent detail (I had a lot of questions). He was never pushy with us and I never felt like he was trying to get over on us. We ended up buying a 2013 Mazda CX5 with all the bells and whistles from him and we couldn't be happier. Jesse took us through everything with the car step by step and made follow up calls just to check in on us and the car. He's an asset to Faulkner. I had been considering purchasing a mazda 3 for several years but was never happy with the sales people at the dealerships I tried in the past. I went in after my sister purchased a used vehicle from Amand years but was never happy with the sales people at the dealerships I tried in the past. I went in after my sister purchased a used vehicle from Amanda just to see what I could get possibly on a trade. The first vehicle I test drove seemed out of reach of my price range but after very friendly and helpful staff I left with my dream car! I was given another option if I could not afford this one which put my mind at ease. Everyone was very friendly and honest with me and made me feel right at home. yesterday i went to mazda and it was the greatest experiance i ever had.
