I came in with a good idea of what I wanted. The car was a great trim for the price -- all the features for the same cost as the other new basic versions of that model. I had never bought a car before, but the process was very smooth and efficient. Unfortunately, when it came time to finance, I ran into problems with my large amount of student loans. I almost had to back out on the deal, but Jesse and the finance manager worked very hard to get me the best deal possible. In the end, they made the car I wanted affordable, and I didn't have to spend more time and effort shopping around or settling for something less. I thought that going to a car dealership would be intimidating, but actually, I now wish more people/places had this level of customer service. More

We stopped in on a Tuesday, and picked up my new car on Saturday. Everything was seamless, and I was treated like they had known me forever and that we were all the best of friends! As we started to talk about what I was looking for, I felt like Jesse was very knowledgable about the model I was interested in. I test drove one and fell in love with it right away. The very next week I came back and purchased it, a beautiful Red Mazda 3 iTouring. Jesse was very patient with me, took his time helping me get a great deal. I feel like the finance department got me the best pricing possible, and I did end up financing through the dealership. My car was delivered on the spot, right as the dealership was closing. Jesse had me come back the following week to teach me more about my car. His priority is to make sure I am satisfied with my car above all else, and still calls to check up on me from time to time. I look forward to my experience with the service department, they seem friendly and skilled. I will absolutely recommend seeing Jesse Mcknight at Faulkner Mazda. More

What a fantastic experience my wife and I had, from Mike Ramsey, Salesman to the Frank Kaminski, General Manager at Faulkner Mazda, Harrisburg Pennsylvania. We liked and found everybody we dealt with to be Ramsey, Salesman to the Frank Kaminski, General Manager at Faulkner Mazda, Harrisburg Pennsylvania. We liked and found everybody we dealt with to be very friendly, honest and down to earth. My salesman, Mike Ramsey was great to deal with; we never dealt with Faulkner Mazda prior to this. Mike listened to what we were looking for, immediately answered any questions we had and showed us the perfect vehicle with the equipment we were looking for. I was given a good trade-in value for my vehicle and did not have to dicker-around as with most other dealerships I visited. Mike’s straight forward, no-pressure, no-nonsense approach worked for me and made purchasing the vehicle on our first visit to the dealership a breeze. Faulkner Mazda is the only dealership I ever dealt with where the general manager was on the sales floor talking to potential customers about whatever, very friendly and down to earth; not stuffy like most other GM’s are. At 56 Years old, I must say it was a very different from any other dealership I ever dealt with and would definitely recommend them to my family, friends or anybody else looking to purchase a vehicle. I purchased an 02 Honda Civic from Faulkner Mazda on April 4th. At the time of purchase I was told that it would need $800 in repairs which I was okay with. They also provided me with a list of the ne April 4th. At the time of purchase I was told that it would need $800 in repairs which I was okay with. They also provided me with a list of the necessary repairs. I was also told that the car had had an oil change prior to pick up. Three days later the check engine light came on. It was the thermostat which I knew about. It was replaced. The next day the light came on again and we replaced the spark plugs. I did not know about this. A few days later it was on again for the ignition coil. I then had it inspected and was advised that the car would also needs all of its belts and the water pump replaced. Oh and by the way the oil has not been changed....These items were not on the list so I asked the dealership why. They apologized for missing those items but that seems to be all they have to offer. How an apology is supposed to help I just don't know. On the oil change issue: Of course your next oil change is free. Is it any wonder why I am a very disastified customer? More
