I recently purchased a brand new Mazda 3 hatchback at this dealership. This was my first time buying a new car, and I wanted to make sure to get a good deal as well as good customer service. They were all very friendly and cheerful and not pushy at all. It only took me an hour to test drive and make a deal and another hour to finish up the paperwork and drive the new car off the lot. I came in with a good idea of what I wanted. The car was a great trim for the price -- all the features for the same cost as the other new basic versions of that model. I had never bought a car before, but the process was very smooth and efficient. Unfortunately, when it came time to finance, I ran into problems with my large amount of student loans. I almost had to back out on the deal, but Jesse and the finance manager worked very hard to get me the best deal possible. In the end, they made the car I wanted affordable, and I didn't have to spend more time and effort shopping around or settling for something less. I thought that going to a car dealership would be intimidating, but actually, I now wish more people/places had this level of customer service. More
