They created a problem for me that they seem unwilling to fix. They put the wrong address on my registration form. I didn’t get sent a bill for payment or a registration card. I had to contact Mazda finance myself to make a payment and straighten out my address but still have received no registration card from the state so that’s why all these ratings will be low. More

The technicians through their thorough inspection and work complete the servicing and repairs the first time. The service department provides an email video of the tech’s as they work and complete your serving so you are able to see the work. Before you leave/pay the representative ensure you understand the status of your vehicle and all work completed. Faulkner Mazda’s Service Department is first class and the best in the South Central PA area. First time with the new location. The service department have their own new building which is an upgrade for staff and customers. More
