If I could leave zero stars after my last experience with Faulkner Infiniti of mechanicsburg I would. I scheduled an appointment with them end of November.. The day before my appointment I called in and aske Faulkner Infiniti of mechanicsburg I would. I scheduled an appointment with them end of November.. The day before my appointment I called in and asked if I can bring my vehicle in ahead of schedule because I live an hour away, they said that wouldn’t be a problem and I asked if they could set my rental up ahead of time because I am driving from an hour away and I have my child with me. When I arrived at Faulkner I checked the car in told them what was wrong with it and was told to sit in the waiting room, where I sat there for 5 hours waiting for a rental with my toddler. I was then told that my warranty only covers 2 days of my rental and I would have to pay out of pocket so the service advisor promised me that they are putting a rush on my car and will have it done in 2 days. Couple days go by I call in to check on the the status of my car because I have not heard a thing from Faulkner. No answer and I leave a voicemail with the service department and did not receive a call back. Two more days went by I call again on a Saturday afternoon once again no answer so I then called the sales side of the dealership and one of the employees told me he was putting a note on his desk and that he would reach out to me Monday morning because they were closing for the weekend. So all morning Monday I don’t receive a phone call so I ended up calling service again in the evening finally got ahold of the service manager “Terrence” he told me that we were waiting on parts and that the vehicle was at another dealership meaning it was being moved around without me knowing about it, and I went on to tell him that I have no received updates on the vehicle or anything and that it is a load of crap how we are being treated he promised to take on the payment of my rental and to give me updates. Well a week goes by and finally I get a call because they have an in house guy that does keys and an in house guy that takes care of dents and finally I’m being told that they won’t be in for a couple more days and that another dealer has to take care of my key fob so at this point it’s already going on 2.5 weeks and he told me I should be getting it the following Wednesday. Wednesday he calls me tells me everything should be done by the end of the day and I can pick it up in the afternoon. Being that I have to drive an hour to get to the dealership I called ahead to make sure my car was done before I waste my time sitting at this dealership anymore, and once again can’t get any response from anyone. So then I finally get a call hours later from Terrance saying they couldn’t get my car done and that it will be done for me to pick it up tomorrow. I come in the next day after work and car isn’t there it’s still sitting at the other dealership so had to sit there and wait more on the car when I was told it would be ready and I told Terrence I need him to give me proof that he was covering my rental or call enterprise and figure it out right then and there and he straight up lied to me saying enterprise was closed so I had to make him sign an agreement saying that Faulkner would cover the cost of my rental, and I only did this because my card is on file for a rental I have had for three weeks and 5 days and for the simple fact that I can no longer trust a word that anybody says at this dealership anymore. So if you plan on going here make sure you are ready to deal with some xx and a bunch of lies. This dealership used to be under great management and ever since they switched to management it’s all gone down the drain from there. I will not be returning ever again after being treated poorly and being lied to, and they also didn’t even do what I asked of them to begin with when I asked for them to replace my key fob, instead of deactivating my broken key fob and programming one new one, they programmed a new one and deactivated my other good key fob so I’m still in the exact same situation I was in before.
