Took vehicle to Faulkner for catalytic converter replacement ( under warranty). It took 3 days to get the part replaced. I work full time. No rental offered for me to use during this time . Setting up the service appointment I let them know that a window switch on the driver's door fell off. So, I think the switch panel must be ordered and received to the time of my appointment. They had 2 week window switch on the driver's door fell off. So, I think the switch panel must be ordered and received to the time of my appointment. They had 2 weeks for that. Instead, I just came to hear that the part will be ordered and a new appointment will be set up. So, I have to spend another half a day, fuel for driving and cleaning my car thereafter, because they do not use disposable sit covers. Very sad! More
