I have been to a lot of Dealerships but Keenan Honda in Doylestown was the best. They truly made you feel @ home and not uptight about purchasing a car. We have purchased vehicles from Keenan over the years with relatively good outcomes. That is the reason the experience we had recently was so disappointing. We were given misinformation that complicated with relatively good outcomes. That is the reason the experience we had recently was so disappointing. We were given misinformation that complicated the whole transaction. Once the situation was raised to higher level management, the situation was miraculously resolved. The customer should not have to go through hoops to get accurate information and a satisfactory outcome. More
