We purchased a new Honda CRV EXL with navigation system. Fred was very helpful in finding the right car for us on the lot. He also helped us get the price we wanted and were comfortable paying. We debated for more than a year whether it was time to purchase a new car and we were finally ready to move forward. After much research, we knew we were either going to stay loyal Volvo customers with t purchase a new car and we were finally ready to move forward. After much research, we knew we were either going to stay loyal Volvo customers with the XC60, or go with the Honda CRV. We had done our homework and knew exactly what we wanted in both cars, but hadn't researched the dealerships. We found ourselves at the dealers that were the closest distance to our home. Our experience with the Volvo dealer was unpleasant, at best, and caused us to run to Honda. Our stop at our local Honda dealer was favorable, in that they could get us the car we wanted, at a reasonable price, however, we didn't feel comfortable and were reluctant to make the purchase. We left the dealership letting them know that we were going to think about our purchase over the weekend. After leaving the dealer, we went home and researched best Honda dealers in our area. That is when we can upon the DealerRater website which pointed us to Keenan Honda, which subsequently resulted in the purchase of our 2011 Honda CRV. DealerRater was right, everything about our experience at Keenan was positive. We have been doing nothing but raving about Keenan, and recommending them to our friends, since we purchased our car last week. We'll start off by saying the dealership is in a convenient location, they have a large inventory of vehicles, and the showroom is clean an inviting. Our sales person, Melissa Yates, gained our trust almost immediately by treating us with respect, listening to our needs and providing us with the knowledge to make an educated decision about our purchase. We didn't have any reluctance about purchasing from Keenan. Our positive experience continued through our dealings with the finance and sales managers. I'd also like to point out that the folks at Keenan went the extra mile to get us the most value for our trade in. Don't just go to Keenan if you are looking to buy a Honda. Go there because you are looking to buy a car. You might be persuaded to buy a Honda because of the pleansant buying experience and what Keenan can offer. More

As soon as we came, we were personally greeted by Mark Lenny who introduced us to Andrew Sassane who was helping us with all questions we had and giving us all explanations we were looking for. Through whole buying process Mark was checking if we need anything else, which was absolutely amazing to feel very important. All finanicing papers were prepared before we walked in. Whole process took no longer than 15-20 minutes, which is unbelievably fast comparing with other dealerships (I heard many stories from my friends). Andrew is great saleperson who never pressured us in anyway. He offered us many options and features for our New Honda Accord, but obviously it was our choice to take it or not. Jerry was extremely helpful, honest and fun to work with. As another person that rated Jerry put it, "Jerry is like talking to your friend." Jerry is a GREAT salesman and an asset to the Keenan organization. I never felt pressured, nor felt like he was trying to upsell me in anyway. Jerry also recommends good restaurants in the area as well! Diana Costa in Financing is another asset to the Keenan organization and is terrific to work with. We were looking to trade in or sell our Honda minivan because we no longer needed a minivan but more importantly because we needed to cut our expenses. I live in VA and intended to purchase a car locally. I spoke with Glenn from Keenan because he was referred to me by a family friend. Even though I did not intend to buy from him, he still took the time t spoke with Glenn from Keenan because he was referred to me by a family friend. Things did not work out at the other dealership and I ended up going to Keenan last minute while home for the holidays. Glenn made sure I understood everything about the lease terms and the car and was very patient with all of my questions. The process was quicker and easier than I expected and I left satisfied, with a lower payment than I had expected, and understanding how to operate all of the controls in the car. Most importantly, I left with exactly the car I wanted! More
