I live in VA and intended to purchase a car locally. I spoke with Glenn from Keenan because he was referred to me by a family friend. He responded to my Internet inquiry about my Honda Insight very quickly and more importantly quoted a price that was under my beginning counter-offer to another dealer. I was impressed with Andrew's knowledge of his product and his technical savvy with the navigational and voice activated command systems. When I had been shown the same system a few days earlier I had no idea how sophisticated or easy to operate the system was. He made it come alive. Andrew's manner is warm and friendly. Some people who are good with tech are horrible with people, but Andy is great with both. He made me comfortable with the car, comfortable with the dealership and with buying my new car.
