Initially came in looking to trade in and purchase a new car. Customer service was outstanding! Very professional and helpful staff that went out of their way to answer all of our questions and make us fe car. Customer service was outstanding! We are now looking to purchase a second new car and will be returning again to look at the '12 CRV when available. More

LIARS AND UNCARING is how I am going to describe this dealership.... My husband and I were looking for a new car. We went to Keenan because it was closer to our house. We went on a Thursday morning and t dealership.... My husband and I were looking for a new car. We went to Keenan because it was closer to our house. We went on a Thursday morning and test drove a new Honda Civic EX 2012 and we both liked it. We wanted it in black but the only black they had was the one with the NAV. We didn't want that one because it was more expensive. As we were walking out this guy Iggy the sales manager said there's one coming that night however my husband and I were still undecided about the car so we said we are going to think it over and call them back. After couple hours my husband and I decided to go for it, so we went back. We started the paper works, made a $500 deposit and next thing you know this guy John the sales rep said the car will be there by Friday or Monday, a 48 hours window and said he would call us as soon as the car arrives. Monday came and never heard from John. My husband decided to call and find out about the car. John said its not there and that he never promised us it would be here by Monday. My husband and I were very upset because we were expecting the car soon and its not there. He also mentioned that the car is not on the truck and they don't know which port it would be coming from. He said that if the car is not there by Wednesday he would give us a call and ask Iggy if they can do something to make us happy. Wednesday came John called and said that the car is still not there and no clue when the car is arriving. At this point, we were VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED. We also called the General Manager KEN but never called us back. We decided to go and get our deposit back. When we arrived at the dealership and told Iggy that we are getting our deposit back all he said was OK!. He didn't even apologized or atleast offer us anything to keep our business. All he said was he has no control when the car is arriving, I mean that is all you have to say to us!!!! SO MUCH FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! NOT VERY PLEASANT TO TALK TO! More

We were in the market for a new honda...we weren't sure whether the odyssey or the pilot would be our final choice...we are costco members and we were directed to Keenan as they are a costco authorized dea whether the odyssey or the pilot would be our final choice...we are costco members and we were directed to Keenan as they are a costco authorized dealer. We were helped by Cindy Carr who couldn't do enough for us...she was great...the parts person, Jim Attrill was extremely helpful as well...We decided on the pilot because it was roomier than we had thought...we took a test drive and loved the quiet, secure feeling you had in the vehicle and also how comfortable the seats were...cindy was very professional, she answered all our questions and was very thorough in her approach...she and the finance person ( sorry, I forgot his name ) were very helpful and we were very satisfied with the final price and termss...I would recommend Keenan completely...thanks...al and chris wert. I was contacted bc of an internet request. While Keenan wouldn't bargain, the car was reasonably priced. Glenn was excellent- informative, helpful and not pushy. I have always heard good things about Keenan Honda and looked forward to becoming part of 5/3/11 My overall experience with Keenan was very positive. I have always heard good things about Keenan Honda and looked forward to becoming part of the Keenan family. Mike Mumma helped me look at the car that caught my interest as well as a few others I was considering. I was very interested in driving a few different models of Honda's to see if any other model besides the Accord would spark an interest. Mike was very helpful and low pressure. I ended up getting a used 2010 Honda Accord V6 with Navigation. I love the car. My first night there I was unable to reach a deal, but when I returned the second night the Used Car manager (Alex) took the bull by the horns and helped make a deal on the car of my choice. Alex knew that I was serious about the car and we worked together negotiating the final price. The following night Steve in Finance helped to deliver my new auto. Steve did a nice job and made me feel comfortable with the financial aspect of buying the car. All three of the individuals listed in review were pleasant, professional, and knowledgable with each of their respective positions. I hope that my initial experience is a sign of things to come.
