When first leasing my car from Keenan Honda I had to endure an eight hour paperwork process. If that was not bad enough today I had to deal with a totally inept sales force. I had no intention of looking at another car yet, but Ignatius DeScala, one of their sales managers, sent me a letter telling me I could turn in my leased 2010 Honda for a 2012 at the same monthly payment. After spending a half hour on the phone confirming the opportunity and two hours at the dealership going through the deal he informed me at the last minute that he could not offer me the deal that he promised and that his salesman over the phone had confirmed. I was informed that due to the fact that the vehicle had been involved in a minor fender bender, and despite the fact that the vehicle had been restored with factory parts by a reputable body shop, he was not able to follow through on his offer......information that should have been ascertained by a knowledgeable and reputable salesman during the phone conversation. He had no regard or respect for my time and simply treated me as a sales opportunity that he could not pull together. I will certainly never buy or lease another vehicle from Keenan Honda. I have no respect for a sales force that treats people in this manner. By the way....don't lease a vehicle from this dealership. If someone else hits you they won't know you anymore. A week ago, on a day being spent with my family, the GM of Keenan Honda interrupted our time by calling my house. He wanted to - quote: reach out and have a conversation. When asked if he was calling to honor the offer in the letter I received an emphatic no. In addition, prior to this post going public, I had received two letters from the salesman Josh Story trying to get me back into the dealership. Look you two, I looked at the Honda website before I came in last time and saw a deal on leasing the Pilot, when I arrived I was told by Josh that you did not have any in stock that matched that vehicle's description and you could not offer me the deal on the website. Bait and Switch. Then I introduced a letter to Josh stating that you could put me into a new Odyssey for the same monthly payment that I had now and Josh returned to the table with three offers, all at least $50 more a month than I am currently paying. Bait and Switch. By the way, Josh, why did your last letter state that you wanted the opportunity to put me into a 2010 Odyssey...I'm already in one, you know, the one that Keenan said I could bring down and drive away with in a comparable new one for the same monthly payment. After our phone call on Friday night being assured it was a done deal I spent the better part of the next morning cleaning and preparing the car to be returned, then spent hours at the dealership, was told that the national web site offer wasn't real, then was asked to open my wallet and fork over more money a month than I was currently paying.....you think I'm foolish enough the take the bait again. The only thing I want to hear from your dealership is that you can put me into a same level Odyssey or Pilot close to the same monthly payment. Finally, now that the review has hit this website the dealership has stopped calling...…proving that their initial concern had nothing to do with my satisfaction, just their own image in the community and the fear that this report would keep money out of their pocket. This dealership is extremely self serving and very bottom line driven…....it really has nothing to do with the customer as a person. More
Keenan had exactly what I wanted, at a good price. The entire process was fast, easy, and at my convenience. Keenan Honda has been EXCELLENT! From the time I walked into the dealership looking for a new car, to the service department, to the follow through with their "Keenan Shield" (which I HIGHLY recommend, it into the dealership looking for a new car, to the service department, to the follow through with their "Keenan Shield" (which I HIGHLY recommend, it has paid for itself already!), the entire experience has been a pleasure. Andrew (in the internet sales department) has been the most sincere and helpful salesmen I have ever worked with, and Mark has been an excellent sales manager as well. I would without a doubt recommend Keenan to anyone looking to purchase a new car. They have made a believer out of me. More
Initially came in looking to trade in and purchase a new car. Customer service was outstanding! LIARS AND UNCARING is how I am going to describe this dealership.... My husband and I were looking for a new car. We went to Keenan because it was closer to our house. We went on a Thursday morning and test drove a new Honda Civic EX 2012 and we both liked it. We wanted it in black but the only black they had was the one with the NAV. We didn't want that one because it was more expensive. As we were walking out this guy Iggy the sales manager said there's one coming that night however my husband and I were still undecided about the car so we said we are going to think it over and call them back. After couple hours my husband and I decided to go for it, so we went back. We started the paper works, made a $500 deposit and next thing you know this guy John the sales rep said the car will be there by Friday or Monday, a 48 hours window and said he would call us as soon as the car arrives. Monday came and never heard from John. My husband decided to call and find out about the car. John said its not there and that he never promised us it would be here by Monday. My husband and I were very upset because we were expecting the car soon and its not there. He also mentioned that the car is not on the truck and they don't know which port it would be coming from. He said that if the car is not there by Wednesday he would give us a call and ask Iggy if they can do something to make us happy. Wednesday came John called and said that the car is still not there and no clue when the car is arriving. At this point, we were VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED. We also called the General Manager KEN but never called us back. We decided to go and get our deposit back. When we arrived at the dealership and told Iggy that we are getting our deposit back all he said was OK!. He didn't even apologized or atleast offer us anything to keep our business. All he said was he has no control when the car is arriving, I mean that is all you have to say to us!!!! SO MUCH FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! NOT VERY PLEASANT TO TALK TO! More

We were in the market for a new honda...we weren't sure whether the odyssey or the pilot would be our final choice...we are costco members and we were directed to Keenan as they are a costco authorized dea whether the odyssey or the pilot would be our final choice...we are costco members and we were directed to Keenan as they are a costco authorized dealer. We were helped by Cindy Carr who couldn't do enough for us...she was great...the parts person, Jim Attrill was extremely helpful as well...We decided on the pilot because it was roomier than we had thought...we took a test drive and loved the quiet, secure feeling you had in the vehicle and also how comfortable the seats were...cindy was very professional, she answered all our questions and was very thorough in her approach...she and the finance person ( sorry, I forgot his name ) were very helpful and we were very satisfied with the final price and termss...I would recommend Keenan completely...thanks...al and chris wert. More
