I had a great experience in August when I bought my 2014 Honda CR-V. In January I totaled the car in a very bad accident on I 95. Car did what it is designed to do and I walked away. Front end gone, airbags, etc. I called Andy and he went to work with the insurance company, the bank, the Kennan Collision folks and Michael Davis who was wonderful getting the car out of PPA lot 6, no mean feat, and within a week I had the same deal, the same car, refund on the extended warranty, and the gap insurance. Management covered when Andy was not there one day and the experience has been seamless. By the way service on the first CR-V was easy and the service folks very cooperative and friendly. I want a safe reliable car and great service. Keenan through and through. I also bought a MB E350 from Keenan and had the same experience. More
