I am very satisfied with the service I received from Keenan. I brought my car into Keenan knowing I needed new front brakes and 2 PAX tires. This is my second trip to Keenan. I had not purchased my car here and expected to be treated like a foreigner. I’m not part of any inner circle. I wasn’t on a mailing list, no discount card, and no special offers. They could not have been more welcoming. Knowing the price would be high, Mark, my assigned service rep, kept working to lower it and it was $100 less than I expected for the work they actually performed. Not needing an alignment was a thankful surprise that a less honest place might have done anyway. And they did not charge to repair the undercoating. How often do you see that? I also had a time constraint due to an illness in the family and Mark promised I would be done in time. Despite my arriving 20 minutes late, they were actually done all the work early. They made my work a priority. I remained in the waiting room for the work to be done and as I sat in a chair with my laptop Pat, an employee passing by me, offered me a desk near an outlet. How considerate! I really felt that the people at Keenan cared. Sounds corny but they really did go out of their way to make me comfortable, keep my bill at a very reasonable amount and get the work done as fast as possible. What more could you want from a repair facility? Oh, I even left with a coupon for my next visit. I highly recommend Keenan for service. I imagine buying a car from them is a very smart move too. Andrew Sassane contacted me through e-mail in regards to a price on a brand new Honda Accord. Out of all the dealerships/salesmen that contacted me, he was the only person that provided me with a price with a price on a brand new Honda Accord. Out of all the dealerships/salesmen that contacted me, he was the only person that provided me with a price without asking me questions about financing, trade-in, etc. He was extremly upfront right from the beginning which made me feel comfortable and confident with buying a new car from Keenan. In addition to the price, Andrew was very helpful and very patient (as I had a lot of questions for him). I have visited other area dealerships to try and negotiate a sale over the years, and on every occasion, including my most recent purchase, Keenan Honda was not only able to beat my best deal, but they also exceeded my expectations during the buying process. Working with Andrew Sassane was a pleasure and he went out of his way to ensure that we had a positive buying experience at Keenan Honda. Andrew was very helpful in answering all of our questions and treated us respectfully. At no point during the 2 hours we spent test driving and exploring vehicle options did we ever feel pressured to make a buying decision and we never experienced any "games" that dealers typically play at an initial visit. Andrew was also straight forward and honest in his communications and I felt as though his concern was our long term satisfaction with the dealership and the vehicle we would select, rather than a focus on getting the next sale. After shopping at other dealerships, we returned at a later date to complete our transaction and Andrew helped install our Bluetooth phone connections, radio presets and coordinated all paperwork quickly so that we could be on our way. I went in for a recall service and was greeted politely. Cory was helpful as we talked through the recall, the specifics, and the other services I was interested in. While I waited I used the wifi they have for customers, and a salesperson saw that I was a bit uncomfortable sitting in the waiting area with my laptop and other work files around me. He suggested I come up front to the showroom and use one of their empty desks - very thoughtful. As I sat there I observed the employees and everyone seemed to get along well, to be happy, and interested in helping customers. When my car was done Cory noted that my inspection was needed in a few months and that it would only take another 30 minutes to do that as well. Since I was made so comfortable I agreed and continued working productively at the desk. All in all, the service department did a great job for me and I'll definitely come back. I'll consider a purchase from there in the future as well. More

We have had some awful experiences with Keenan Honda and had stopped using the dealership for several years. We currently own 2 Honda vehicles and have them both serviced at another dealership.
