I have been coming to Keenan Honda for a few years now. The staff is always friendly and the service center really has its act together. I recently dropped by the dealership side to trade in an older Honda CRV for a new car and wound up working with Josh Storey. Josh was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with. He took me through plenty of options and helped get a great deal on an brand new Accord. My wife and I were so pleased we went to Josh the following week to renew our lease on a new Honda Odyssey. Josh even entertained out little 3 year old who came along due to the timing (she just got picked up from pre-school). She was thrilled Josh let her "help" put the new plates on the Odyssey. Dealing with Andrew Sassane was a very friendly and outgoing experience. Andrew exhibited professional behavior by taking the time and patience to go over every little detail from start to finish so t outgoing experience. Keenan Honda's showroom was full of all of the latest car models and they were busy that day but there was more than enough help for all of their customers. I was very pleased with the incredible customer service. I have to tell you that I went to two other Honda dealerships and I received a cold reception. I only gave a 4 for Customer Service because I tried calling the dealer before going and no one answered the phone! I went to the dealer anyway because they had the used Pilot I wanted.
