Before going to this dealer we had dealt with a more local Honda dealer. We had a terrible experience which made us question if we should even buy a car through a major dealer. When I spoke to Glenn on the phone he insured me he would make the experience more enjoyable and said to stop buy just to see how it would be. Once we sat in front of his desk the overall feeling was right. I know that sounds crazy but we were finally relaxed about the buying process. Glenn started the paper work and had the car sent for detailing right after we said that we going to get the car. I had purchased a car before and this was the quickest I have ever dealt with a dealership. We were ready to drive within 2 hours! Glenn also noticed a bumpersticker on our trade in vehicle. He took it upon himself to make that radio station the first station programmed into our new car :-) AMAZING haha Great service, attention, and professionalism! Will be going back! More

Just purchased a new 2012 Honda CRV from Eric. We wanted a blue CRV w/ navigation. We had to wait a week for it to come in on delivery. Mitch is the best salesman I have ever dealt with. He is always willing to spend as much time with both my husband and I as we need to make the right decision in which Honda to buy. There is no pressure with Mitch and he becomes more like a friend from the first car you buy. Both my husband and I have bought two Hondas from Mitch and I cannot fathom buying a car from another salesman. Was a customer with Keenan Honda for over 10 years without a problem and had purchased three new cars from dealership. Brought 2009 Honda Accord, still under warranty, in for oil consumption problem without a problem and had purchased three new cars from dealership. Brought 2009 Honda Accord, still under warranty, in for oil consumption problem and they were not able to resolve the problem. While traveling out of state had dash lights come on and went to a Honda dealership in Maine and Darling Honda resolved the problem from a technical service bulletin. When returned called general manager to inquire about the service department, but never got a response. In the future I will look for another dealership which will deal with service issues. More
I went to the dealer to look at a 2012 odyssey ex-l on 7/21/2012. I was able to test drive the car. When the manager Ignatius DeScala came over and asked me what can he do for me to buy the car today. I s 7/21/2012. I was able to test drive the car. I looked at him and said no that would not work. I then told him Conicelli and Sussman had quoted me that same day for 30,782-31000 in writing. He responded back and told me that he won't waste his time or mines because it wasn't something he wanted to negotiate. Also "I should go and buy 10". Buy 10? Aren't you the dealership. Shouldn't you go buy 10 if that's such a low price. LOL. and told me (trying to hand me his business card) that if the car isn't there call him when i'm ready to make a real offer. I just walked and didn't take it then I responded back to him when he is ready to make me a real offer Don't call me because I would not buy a car from them. Are you serious. You're the manager and you don't even know what the competitor's price is going for the odyssey Ex-l. 3 dealers quoted me around 31000. A 10 yr old kid can get a quote for that price on the internet from a local dealer within minutes and he couldn't even drop the price from MSRP lol what a joke. He was rude and certainly doesn't know how to make a negotiation. I would not buy a car from them. As a manager, doesn't he know one bad review spreads faster than 10 good reviews. Next time he should be more respectful to customers especially one that blogs. smh. More
Let me begin by saying Andrew Sassane is the best Honda salesman in the US! I usually dread dealing with car salesmen and decided to try the Costco Auto Buying program as well as two different internet ca salesman in the US! I usually dread dealing with car salesmen and decided to try the Costco Auto Buying program as well as two different internet car buying engines for my new car purchase. In all I contacted 6 local dealerships via email and phone. Andrew initially quoted me the best price out of the 6 local Honda dealers I contacted. Of the 6 dealerships I had contact with, I felt Andrew from Keenan was honest and forthcoming in every contact I had with him (email, phone, IM, and in person). Two of the 6 dealers said Keenan would not be able to deliver the car at the price Andrew quoted, two other dealers said I should buy it immediately from Keenan as they could not match the great price, while the last dealer (who took 5 emails before he would put his price in writing) said although he wouldn't match the great price Keenan gave me, I would more than make up the difference by sending him referrals...my wife and I got a big laugh from that one! Needless to say, Andrew delivered my new 2012 Pilot priced EXACTLY as quoted, with ONLY the options I requested, and in the time-frame he PROMISED. My wife and I were expecting our second child and he worked around our limited time schedule. We took delivery of our vehicle on a Monday evening and even with the late hour, Andrew took his time showing us all the features and answering all our questions on the navigation system and iPhone integration. Seven hours after we left, my wife went into labor and my daughter got to ride home from the hospital in our new Honda Pilot from Keenan. My bottom line is you should buy your next Honda from Andrew Sassane at Keenan Honda. I encourage everyone to shop around as I did, but I am certain you will end up going with Keenan. I am recommending Andrew to everyone I speak with when they ask about my new vehicle or I find they are looking for new cars. More

They put a wrap around warranty on the vehicle and my wife and I are very pleased. I would recommend Keenan and especially Glenn Wilby to anyone in the market for a good deal on a quality car or SUV.
