Very positive experience. Dealer beat the best price I got elsewhere without an issue. I wanted a Civic Hybrid, which was in high demand, so knew a wait was inevitable, but the dealer provided the car in got elsewhere without an issue. The dealer answered all the questions I had and promptly responded to my requests. My only regret is the dealer still feels the need to use gimmicks to make it appear they are providing you extra services / products / benefits, not available at other dealers. The fact is there are so many restrictions, that the benefit is really not a benefit. More
