I went to the dealer to look at a 2012 odyssey ex-l on 7/21/2012. I was able to test drive the car. I looked at him and said no that would not work. I then told him Conicelli and Sussman had quoted me that same day for 30,782-31000 in writing. He responded back and told me that he won't waste his time or mines because it wasn't something he wanted to negotiate. Also "I should go and buy 10". Buy 10? Aren't you the dealership. Shouldn't you go buy 10 if that's such a low price. LOL. and told me (trying to hand me his business card) that if the car isn't there call him when i'm ready to make a real offer. I just walked and didn't take it then I responded back to him when he is ready to make me a real offer Don't call me because I would not buy a car from them. Are you serious. You're the manager and you don't even know what the competitor's price is going for the odyssey Ex-l. 3 dealers quoted me around 31000. A 10 yr old kid can get a quote for that price on the internet from a local dealer within minutes and he couldn't even drop the price from MSRP lol what a joke. He was rude and certainly doesn't know how to make a negotiation. I would not buy a car from them. As a manager, doesn't he know one bad review spreads faster than 10 good reviews. Next time he should be more respectful to customers especially one that blogs. smh. More
Let me begin by saying Andrew Sassane is the best Honda salesman in the US! I usually dread dealing with car salesmen and decided to try the Costco Auto Buying program as well as two different internet ca salesman in the US! In all I contacted 6 local dealerships via email and phone. Andrew initially quoted me the best price out of the 6 local Honda dealers I contacted. Of the 6 dealerships I had contact with, I felt Andrew from Keenan was honest and forthcoming in every contact I had with him (email, phone, IM, and in person). Two of the 6 dealers said Keenan would not be able to deliver the car at the price Andrew quoted, two other dealers said I should buy it immediately from Keenan as they could not match the great price, while the last dealer (who took 5 emails before he would put his price in writing) said although he wouldn't match the great price Keenan gave me, I would more than make up the difference by sending him referrals...my wife and I got a big laugh from that one! Needless to say, Andrew delivered my new 2012 Pilot priced EXACTLY as quoted, with ONLY the options I requested, and in the time-frame he PROMISED. My wife and I were expecting our second child and he worked around our limited time schedule. We took delivery of our vehicle on a Monday evening and even with the late hour, Andrew took his time showing us all the features and answering all our questions on the navigation system and iPhone integration. Seven hours after we left, my wife went into labor and my daughter got to ride home from the hospital in our new Honda Pilot from Keenan. My bottom line is you should buy your next Honda from Andrew Sassane at Keenan Honda. I encourage everyone to shop around as I did, but I am certain you will end up going with Keenan. I am recommending Andrew to everyone I speak with when they ask about my new vehicle or I find they are looking for new cars. More

They put a wrap around warranty on the vehicle and my wife and I are very pleased. I would recommend Keenan and especially Glenn Wilby to anyone in the market for a good deal on a quality car or SUV. Glenn Wilby was great. He was so helpful- we have a newborn and needed to negotiate on the phone, and get the paper work done fast, and he was great- got us in and out in a jiffy. We bought from Mitch Lesack and Keenan Honda 15 years ago. I bought a Civic and few days later my mother bought an Accord, because I'd had such good experience with the purchase of my car. My husband and I returned to Mitch and Keenan because we'd had such a great experience so long ago with the buying process and the following service, it was a no-brainer! I found a great used CR-V, got a great deal for my trade-in's, and when something was found by my mechanic on the CR-V, the used car sales manager and the service manager fixed the issues right away, no problem!! I am so happy to know I have a great Honda, good price and will have great service. I will continue to recommend Keenan Honda and Mitch to people we know! More
My company was purchasing a new vehicle for its fleet. Using Keenan's Web Site, we found the exact vehicle we needed. We made an appointment with them. We took it on a test drive and yes that was the vehicle we wanted. We new the sticker with add'ons was above our budget. The friendliness of Eric and the Sales Manager, Iggy was outstanding. They had a way of making you feel at home. The fact that they were ready at the time requested demonstrated to me the excellent customer service and quality of work maintained at Keenan Honda. The price, after all rebates and fleet discounts was about $5000 less than the sticker. This was a fabulous price on the 2012 Honda Accord SE. We shook hands to confirm the deal knowing that it still needed to be approved by my CEO and CFO. Keenan agreed to hold the car. My company approved the purchase. To assist our company for closing, Keenan agreed to have the closing on the vehicle at our office saving valuable time for my CFO. The overall experience with Keenan could not have been better. After visitng 6 other dealers in the last 6 months, including another Honda dealer twice I was exasperated with the whole auto buying process. I emailed this dealer and Andrew responded promptly. I could not reach him one day as he had off so I called the dealer and Mr.Regan graciously answered my question even though Andrew was my sales person. I almost gave up and had decided to wait another year and I let Andy know. He emailed me and so did Mark his manager. I felt they really wanted to help so I popped in at 9am opening. Andrew was not in yet but another sales person showed me where the coffee was and a few minutes later Andrew was there. I know at first I had a chip on my shoulder from the prior experiences but after a few minutes it became obvious Andy knew his product, Mark his manager introduced himself the process of finalizing my purchase began. I did not have to listen to how many cup holders and about the vanity mirrors. I got all my questions answered about the whys and wherefors of tires, engine where the parts came from etc. What struts were on the car. It was very important to me to understand all the diff. I could write a book about the number of sales people I met who were clueless. Knowledge, professionalism sealed it. Yes, I could have got a little more for my trade but it was not worth it to put up with annoying treatment. then finally i did choose a color. It was last on my list and Andy understood this. I left the dealer at 11am for work in Blue Bell. My hours were 12-7pm. Andrew called at 12:30 and I was approved for the 0.9 rate for term i wanted. I returned at about 7:45 PM, a little early so once again I had coffee and then Steve Kern, the bus. manager had all the papers ready. I signed. Andy spent quit awhile making sure I knew where everytning was on the car. He programmed the blue tooth. My new car was immaculate inside and out and the shop put the extra mats in the trunk. No smudges anywhere. Perfect sale, perfect finance and perfect delivery of my new car. At last a female friendly dealer that can treat me with respect and answer all my technical questions. I love all cars. I love this car. Americans have a love affair with cars and I always have. Now I have a live affair with my beautiful new HOnda Civic and the dealer who did it all. thnks Keenan. I am very satisfied with the service I received from Keenan. I brought my car into Keenan knowing I needed new front brakes and 2 PAX tires. Not a cheap repair and I hesitated to talk about pricing. I also asked about an alignment and mentioned that the front undercoating had become unhinged due to a pole in a dark parking lot. This is my second trip to Keenan. I had not purchased my car here and expected to be treated like a foreigner. I’m not part of any inner circle. I wasn’t on a mailing list, no discount card, and no special offers. They could not have been more welcoming. Knowing the price would be high, Mark, my assigned service rep, kept working to lower it and it was $100 less than I expected for the work they actually performed. Not needing an alignment was a thankful surprise that a less honest place might have done anyway. And they did not charge to repair the undercoating. How often do you see that? I also had a time constraint due to an illness in the family and Mark promised I would be done in time. Despite my arriving 20 minutes late, they were actually done all the work early. They made my work a priority. I remained in the waiting room for the work to be done and as I sat in a chair with my laptop Pat, an employee passing by me, offered me a desk near an outlet. How considerate! I really felt that the people at Keenan cared. Sounds corny but they really did go out of their way to make me comfortable, keep my bill at a very reasonable amount and get the work done as fast as possible. What more could you want from a repair facility? Oh, I even left with a coupon for my next visit. I highly recommend Keenan for service. I imagine buying a car from them is a very smart move too. More
