Overall, the best car buying experience we have had. Bob and Kyle were both extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. When we made the decision to buy the CRV, the negotiation was the most pleasant that I have ever had. I feel that I got a fair price and I hope they did, too. The delivery process was excellent, taking less than an hour and a half from agreement to out the door. Overall a great experience. More
A very close friend of mine told me to go to Keenan Honda. I have researched the Honda pilot for several months trying to find the best deal. This will be the 2nd pilot . I loved the first one. From the moment I walked in the door at Keenan Honda I felt very comfortable. I first met with Mark Lenny. Then he set me up with andrew sassane. I knew what I wanted, I knew what I wanted to pay, and I love sales people who are not pushy or low on patience. I sat down with Andrew , we went over what they had left in stock and from there mark Lenny discussed pricing with me. I was turning in a 2011 white pilot and just wanted a newer one. A few times I asked Mark to try to do a bit better, he did and not only did better, he didn't look like I was being difficult. To me whether you pay your price or theirs, it's a comfort knowing someone isn't getting short on patience and dealing with Mark was the "BEST BUYING" experience I have ever had. He's calm and peaceful and has a way of not making you feel like your braking the dealerships bank. My husband and myself have had a new Honda accord or pilot every 3yrs. For the last 20 years. Employees like Marc Lenny are not a dime a dozen. I can only hope he gets treated from keenan Honda, like he treats the people who walk through their doors looking to buy a car. I also wanted to mention that Patrick Reagan who helped me when I picked up the pilot, was a funny, electronically smart man. He helped me totally program the pilot with music and my phone. He went over and over it until I knew all the new features in this pilot. He also took me around the dealership and introduced me to the service manager and went over all the perks for me from Keenan honda. I wasn't paid for this review, it's just the best buying a car situation I have ever been in!!! Also I wanted to mention I was at sloane Honda and mike piazza before purchasing. Those employee there could certainly take a class on sales from Keenan Honda. Sloane Honda tries to make women feel stupid. The sales manager Mr. Lish needs an adjustment. Thank you so much Keenan Honda for making this my best buying experience yet. This is my new dealership. More

My wife and I worked with Bob Hower to purchase a Pilot (Touring 4WD). I could not have wished for an easier, more fluid process. As for service... after only owning the vehicle for 3 days it is too early to comment. Service is a more complex issue to evaluate and of course really is a function of the dealership's attitude toward customer support. More

I just purchased a 2013 Crosstour at Keenan Honda in Doylestown. Eric Mumma, the Sales Associate, was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and very supportive! He spent as much time as I needed to t Doylestown. Eric Mumma, the Sales Associate, was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and very supportive! He spent as much time as I needed to thoroughly discuss and resolve any of my questions, requests, etc. As I had anticipated, the discussions of my wish list items and the course of the process took several hours (not a problem for me at all), and Eric was right there with me, even for about 45 minutes following the scheduled 9:00 PM close of the dealership for the night. He personally introduced me to members of the Keenan departments, (Finance, Service, etc.), and all representatives appeared eager to assist me during the sales process and with my future service needs. Eric worked with the Finance Department to provide me with an acceptable deal, and made certain that I understood the mechanics of the new vehicle. He also offered to be available at any time after I had a chance to review the manuals, should I have any questions or concerns or require any follow-up instructions (e.g., assisting me in engaging Bluetooth if I should purchase a new cell phone). Eric is a great guy with the necessary knowledge base and an all-important sense of humor (a requisite when someone like me puts him through his paces!). Overall, my purchase was a very positive experience. I hope to enjoy the same level of support from the Service Department throughout my ownership. They have a high standard to live up to from Eric! I contacted the service department as I needed a part repaired on my vehicle. I was told that it would be completed probably in 3 days. It has now been 2 weeks. The first time I followed up they infor repaired on my vehicle. I was told that it would be completed probably in 3 days. It has now been 2 weeks. The first time I followed up they informed me that it was to hot to work on my car and that they would get to it by Monday. The second time I followed up on Monday evening, they just didn't get to it yet and that it would be done by the following week, perhaps this Friday. I then got a call on Wednesday (two days early!!) stating it was done, only to drive down there and see my car up in the air and that it wasn't done. I thought that Honda Service was "High quality services provided by Factory-Trained Technicians. Our Dealership uses the industry's best Factory-Trained Technicians along with the highest quality equipment to service your vehicle. Our Dealership is focused on one thing only....Your Complete Satisfaction." If this were the case, I wouldn't be getting the run around on my vehicle and someone would actually give me a timeline that was true to their moto!! More
