I drove down to Doylestown PA from Westchester County, 2 hours away, to buy a pre-owned Subaru Forester I found on AutoTrader.com. If you've ever shopped for a car online, you know how stressful a process it is, and how full of false and bad information and cars that are mysteriously "no longer available" etc. But but my experience with Keenan Honda was 100% wonderful. I saw a 2006 Subaru Forester with low milesI was very interested in and emailed the dealership right awar. Patrick Regan emailed back within an hour and gave me additional information about the car and the free Carfax report. After checking the reviews of Keenan on on DealerRatings.com and Cargurus.com I made a date to drive out and see the car. I've owned a dozen cars and this was the most relaxed and easy experience I have had. The car was exactly as advertised. Pat let me take the car for a test drive, and after it looked good, I took it to a local mechanic to have it checked out while he waited back at the dealership. The car got an A+ grade from the mechanic and we made a deal; they had even done some work on the car to prep it for sale. The price was under KBB. The finance process was easy. I was out of there in 2 hours. Pat even drove me to the Enterprise location so I could drop off the 1-way rental car when the deal was done. Pat answered all my questions and didn't try and upsell me or sell me a different vehicle. The car was priced fairly and was completely as advertised. Everyone at the dealership was very low key and friendly. The salesmen wear polo shirts and khakis, not suits, which is good by me. If I am in the area again, I would buy another car from these guys. More

Great Shopping Experience for a Certified Used Honda CRV-AWD Had a very pleasant experience looking for a low mileage Honda-CRV-AWD at Keenan Honda. After a few minutes waiting in the show room because we came Had a very pleasant experience looking for a low mileage Honda-CRV-AWD at Keenan Honda. After a few minutes waiting in the show room because we came in the side door, Peter Fuhmann greeted us and proceeded to ask us exactly what features we were looking for in a used car. We followed him to the lot and he proceeded to show us two 2013 models that met all our requirements. At which point he carefully pointed out all the features on each car and the current mileage. We decided to test drive a Twilight Blue CRV-AWD and fell in love with it. After showing us the Car Fax report on this particular car and the "Blue Book" value, we decided it was reasonably priced and bought it. Peter is an excellent salesman, very knowledgeable, professional and patient. Peter also went out of his way to introduce us to Keenan's Service Manager and offered us a fair price for our fifteen year old trade in. All in all this experience was the culmination of more than a month's search for just the right car to satisfy our requirements. More

For me, that’s a noteworthy experience, given it’s never happened in the 45 years that I have been buying cars. Pat is a personable and low (as in “no”) pressure salesman. If you are looking to buy a car from someone who understands what it’s like to be on the buyer’s side of the negotiation, then Pat is your “go to guy”. More
