Steve Kern was very friendly, otherwise I had very bad experience. My experience was not good at all. I got better price from other dealers, but Cindy Carr said that the other dealers are playing games. O experience. My experience was not good at all. I got the car with at least $1000 higher than others. They stated that the car has Automatic-Dimming Mirror, but after I signed all the papers they said you have to pay for this mirror. I was scheduled for the service on Saturday and then the service manager refused to finish it in the same day as I was scheduled until I insist on taking the car in the same day. I didn't get a respectful way after purchasing the car as they did before. The car itself is awesome, but any other Honda dealer would sell the same car :-) More

This is the place to buy a car from! And this is not one of those phoney reviews paid for by the dealer. When I was ready to buy the car, I reached out to 6 dealers around Philadelphia asking for a quote fo of those phoney reviews paid for by the dealer. When I was ready to buy the car, I reached out to 6 dealers around Philadelphia asking for a quote for a CR-V. And the quote from Keenan was the lowest by at least $800. I dealt with Pat(rick) over the phone and finalized everything before we made the trip to the dealership. Everything was ready for us when we got there. Pat was a pleasure to deal with. The financing process was quick and painless. They tried to sell me the extended insurance but I told them about saccucci honda and Keenan finance manager honored the quote I received from Saccucci online. So all in all, definitely worth the drive to Doylestown. Thanks Pat the rest of the team. Car buying is never a pleasure so thank you for making it painless. We are enjoying our honda! More

He noted that I was partial to red cars and so for a test drive he brought around the 2013 Honda Civic in dark cherry! We sat in the car while he explained every possible detail about the car. He was great. I was amazed when he figured out how to hook up my "old phone" to the Bluetooth. It was a pleasure working with Andy. I bought my car on a Monday in June, got my new iPhone the next day, and went back to Andy and he helped me program my phone, radio everything. He went above and beyond! We came to Keenan Honda on Oct. 26 to look at certified used vehicles in order to replace our 2003 Honda Odyssey. We had a great experience selecting a vehicle, a 2011 Accord, thanks to the salesman who assisted us, Eric Mumma, who was friendly and knowledgeable. We were not in a rush to buy a car because we had a loaner from a relative to tide us over. We thought we would probably visit several dealerships before making a decision. Keenan was our first stop. As it turned out, within a couple of hours, we were ready to make a purchase. I think the reason we were able to decide quickly and confidently to make a purchase was that we received good guidance from Eric, who pointed us toward several vehicles -- a few Accords and one CR-V -- that gave us a range of options both above and below our targeted budget to consider. Without pressuring us, he helped us toward a decision by discussing the merits of the vehicles available and inviting us to test drive several that interested us most. In the end, he inspired trust in us, and we felt that his genuine goal was to help us to find the car that was the best fit for us, given our priorities.
