We stopped @ Keenan Honda on Saturday December 28 looking for a CR-V. They had a good supply of different models. After looking around the various options available. We went inside and found the showroom pac for a CR-V. They had a good supply of different models. After looking around the various options available. We went inside and found the showroom packed with customers and sales consultants. Cindy Carr was directed to us by used car mgr. Alex Saulinas. After Cindy talked to us about the options available to us. We chose a CR-V to take for a test drive. Cindy was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. When we returned to the dealership we sat down and talked about the price of the car and the options. Then Cindy brought Alex Saulinas into the discussion about a trade-in. We found out that we had bought a car from Alex about ten years ago at a different dealership. The process proceeded smoothly. We picked up the car on Monday December 30. We finished the process of buying the car by having the finance department explain several service contract possibilities. Cindy gave us a guided tour through the CR-V. I loved my 2008 Honda Fit that I purchased from this dealership and was sad when it was totalled in an accident. I must say that my husband and I had the BEST experience in purchasing our new car. We had a 2003 Honda Pilot and we loved it. Now we have the 2014 Honda Pilot and are in love again.
