We followed him to the lot and he proceeded to show us two 2013 models that met all our requirements. At which point he carefully pointed out all the features on each car and the current mileage. We decided to test drive a Twilight Blue CRV-AWD and fell in love with it. After showing us the Car Fax report on this particular car and the "Blue Book" value, we decided it was reasonably priced and bought it. Peter is an excellent salesman, very knowledgeable, professional and patient. Peter also went out of his way to introduce us to Keenan's Service Manager and offered us a fair price for our fifteen year old trade in. All in all this experience was the culmination of more than a month's search for just the right car to satisfy our requirements. More

Hello, I would like to say thank you to Keenan Honda and the wonderful staff that recently assisted my niece with the purchase of her first new car. Our contact Sales Repr. was Mr. Patrick Regan. Patrick from the start of our initial internet inquiry responded within 30 minutes. He had called me to introduce himself and Keenan Honda. He had already completed some initial items that I had specified in the original inquiry. He continued to call and e-mail to my office over the next few days and was not pressured in any way whatsoever. The fact that the Dealership is in Doylestown, which is about 50 miles away, did not faze me at all. In recent years I have purchased many vehicles outside of where we live here in the Lehigh Valley and have had a much better experience consistently outside of the Lehigh Valley and down in the Doylestown area. I had also observed people shopping and looking at Honda's that were also from the Allentown area. Upon working out the deal complete with all documentation that I had requested, including an executed Sales Contract for us to review, this was all done at MY OFFICE without spending any time traveling to the dealership. I was also recei9ved an e-mail from Mr. Michael Papadakis whom is a Sales Manager at the store. He had invited me to contact him directly if I had any questions or concerns which Mr. Regan could not assist me on or if I needed additional help. As it turned out there were NO ISSUES that Patrick could not handle and I early on in talking with him on the phone felt that he had extensive experience and after meeting him in person when we picked up the 2014 Honda Accord, I could tell why. He is a gentleman who has been in the automotive business since the 1970's and truly knows and understands the automobile business. When we arrived at the Dealership on a Saturday morning, he greeted us all promptly and showed us the car which was fully ready to go. During our discussions, Mr. Papadakis made a point to stop by and introduce himself us and my niece, Karla. My niece truly learned a lot from her first time experience of purchasing an automobile and Patrick spend a considerable amount of time with her and showed the utmost of respect. He went over everything in that car completely. Please be advised that this Dealership really does "GET IT" and does not waste your time or play games, and they show respect and courtesy toward a customer. I feel that they run their business in a way that certainly builds future relationships. It was one of the best business transactions that I have completed in the past 15 Years!
