He was honest and answered all of our questions about the cars we were interested. He was not pushy and did not make us feel like we had wasted his time when we left without a commitment right away. This is the second car I have purchased from Keenan and would recommend this dealership to anyone. The service is outstanding, the sales reps are very knowledgeable. Sales people, especially a middle aged red haired woman, walked by us many times,made eye contact, and went to sit back at their desks. No one asked if we needed anything, or if we were being helped. No one had any clients at their desks; is it because we were 2 women? We went out into parking lot to look around, and I yelled at a salesman across the lot, "could someone help us with a test drive?" That salesman was Chris. Thank goodness for him!!! He was in the middle of helping another person, but assisted us as well, without anyone feeling "second choice". He initially said someone else would help us, but he couldn't get anyone. I told him we were there 2 test drive 2 or 3 cars, and my husband would be back to purchase it in the next 2 days. He was polite, thorough, informative, took his time, and funny. He turned what was shaping up to be a horrible experience into a very pleasant one. I rated customer service a 3...that is not Chris.. I rated this on the 20 minutes of us being ignored.... Chris was a 5! My husband went and looked for Chris , but he was off, so Mike P, manager, assisted my husband. My husband is in sales, and felt well taken care of. We went back to pick up the car, and there was Chris, still busy, but so ready to help us close the deal and get on our way! He is a great guy, and I would definitely work with him again....I am going to recommend him to people, but he and Mike are the only reasons I would go back to this dealership. Cindy Carr was our salesperson and she was very good - thorough on walking us through the pricing, including our trade-in, and we were very pleased with the bottom line cost. The only less than stellar comment I would submit was that it took inofdinately long time to get the car prepped and us out the door on the way home to West Chester. Not Cindy's fault, but I guess there may have been a backlog in the prep area. Overall, we were pleased with our experience and Cindy went out of her way to retrieve CD's from our trade in and mailed them to us earlier in the week. I thought I had retrieved them all before coming into the dealership, but not the case. Cindy was very quick to call and agreed to sent them in the mail to us. More
